The Banjo Hobo (Desmond) He lives in a box under some bridge. Bringing the sweet banjo tunes to all. He just kinda seems to be everywhere playing the banjo in the background

Vatar Tor: Vatar Tor now going as Vince Taran is a middle aged cop who has followed the family tradition of joining the local police force. The Taran family is known greatly for their service to the valley and so Vince carries a kind and communal personality . He has a wife by the name of Iliana Taran and they have two little girls together.

Zeke Drago: 16 year old immigrant from England. Has only been in the US a few years. Orphan, lives with his uncle Tucker (hyperhurricane) and aunt Genevieve (birdie). Is a workoholic, having multiple jobs across town. Quiet, calm, tends to keep to himself though will not hesitate to defend a friend, is a bit of an oddball and doesn't seem to really fit with any social groups but has a good amount of friends. Speaks in a medium British accent.
