"Manta Carlos is definitely a good place to start over. There are quite a few people in a similar situation as you are, and it helps to have others around you that can easily relate to what you are going through," Zoraida said as she sipped at her drink.

"Also, having a supportive family, or just good friends, is always a blessing in itself," she added as she smiled warmly at Shiro.



"Tadashi?" Celeste said, pretty sure she recognised her "brother's" cat form high up on the trellis where she had just placed a few unlit candles on a decorated altar type table along with a large basket full of freshly cut rosemary, calendula, mugwort, and clary sage.

Tadashi yawned and blinked open his sleepy eyes before leaning down over the edge to peer at Celeste. Making no effort to withdraw the dangling paw. "Yes, it's me. I'm more comfy like this than all dressed up." His yellow cat eyes gleaming as they caught the light.

"What's that smell?"

Shiro would smile in return at Zora. "It is really good to have a family," it was a lot of adjusting but she was very much enjoying it, it all meant a lot to her.

"Tadashi~" she'd wave at him, "come here and try some wine with me," she'd say with a playful smile. "It's actually really good," she'd take a sip of said wine.

"A few indeed, so far I only came across one phoenix, Ireneus was his name. Thanks to knowing there's another one like myself, my anxiety has been diminishing.", and how at that, it has been a long time since she has tried to hide herself, unless one were to count the few times she took a nap away from the school.

"What smell?" Celeste asked Tadashi, not sure if he was referring to the herbs she had just placed on the table under where he was laying or something else entirely.



Zora looked at Shiro when she waved towards her brother and told him about the wine. Smiling at this she shook her head.

"That reminds me so much of when I was their age," she confessed to Serena. "I remember my brother and I being so excited at the prospect of having a little wine at family gatherings or on special occasions."

Tadashi pointed his paw, the one already poing through the wood, towards the bowl of fress herbs. "Those things. They're really strong- did you just cut them Celeste?" it felt really weird to call her by her first name. But they were supposed to be 'family' right?

Either way Tadashi figured Shiro wouldnt let up until he dropped down so he did exactly that. He leapt off the top of the trellis to try pouncing on her head. "Wine is gross. Why are drinking anyway?"

"Perhaps it's time I taste wine once again, in this special occasion.", Serena pondered out loud, extending out her sunlight-colored wings and caressing its feathers with her hands, pensively. Would it feel like the same? Or different? She had no way of knowing, given how long has passed, and how things changed...

"Of course. Let me show you what wines we have, Zora said as she accompanied Serena back to the table and explained the wines on offer that evening.

"Well... good evening, Tadashi," Zora said rather surprised as she watched the cat as he jumped down from his perch directly onto his sister.

"It's great that you could join us," she added, trying not to laugh as she looked at Celeste, who just shrugged and grinned back.

"This wine is actually pretty good, its sweet," she'd reach up and pet him, taking another sip of the wine. "And Raf said I could have some," she'd scratch Tadashi's ears. "If you shift I'll share some with you....just get off my head before you shift," she'd say with a giggle.

The cat girl looked back to Celeste, Zora and their guest, smiling. "Don't mind us, just cats being cats."

Tadashi waved one cat paw at Zora in greeting as he playfully attacked his sister's hair. "I've been here, just relaxing up there." Of course his greeting was cut short by the purring as his ears were scratched.

"Shiiro, cats dont drink wine. I dont want it. But maybe I should shift right here so I knock the wine out of your hand." He teased as he remained there on her head.
