The older of the Hotaru siblings stood at the edge of the water, brown eyes turned down and looking at the liquid. There was an emotionless look upon her face, and brown hair was tied back into a pony-tail, just as it always was, with two locks hanging down over her shoulder. Her clothing was entirely black, which wasn't unusual either. Hands were in her pockets, and as she stared down at the lake water, she cursed under her breath, hating how her sister had made her go outside. Apparently, to October, it was good to go walk around and get to know the school grounds, since, after all, she hadn't been anywhere outside the school yet.

Right, like that was true. Adelina could care less about this place... it was just as boring outside as it was inside. But, it was a little better, she supposed... at least there was something she could possibly do.

Sighing, she lifted her gaze from the water and looked around. She was bored out of her mind, which wasn't unusual either, and wondered how long she was actually going to stay out here. After looking around for a few moments, she turned her gaze back down to look at the water, for absolutely no reason other than boredom.

Shadow was at the opposite side of the lake his sword glimmering in the night and his black clothing made him almost invisable ((No clue what time it is XD)) He looked across at the girl and just shrugged looking at the water this was the first time he was seeing himself...

Adelina's eyes caught the sight of the sword, and she looked at the male for a few moments, face still emotionless. Of course, the time she decided to come outside, someone else had to be there. It was just her luck, wasn't it? She sighed inwardly and rolled her eyes, not going to speak to him. She wasn't one to start a conversation or talk too much.

She narrowed her eyes a bit before returning her gaze to the water, thinking that she would probably leave soon if he stayed out there. Plus, she was getting kind of bored.

Shadow looked at her agian and then down not really knowing what to say...he was trying to remember the rest...though it wasn't going to good for some reason he cant seem to understand just where he came from or what his past was.

She noticed him look at her again, and rolled her eyes once more. She was getting bored, so it looked like her only option would be to talk to him. She usually would have gone inside the school, but she felt like staying out here for a while longer, and the silence was bothering her. Sighing, she looked up at him. "Hi," she said. Her tone was slightly annoyed, and even though it was only slightly, it was kind of obvious that she didn't want to talk to him.

"Hi." Shadow said back now looking over the girl since he had to look at her and this was a good oppurtunity...he could tell she didn't want to talk to him which confused why she was talking in the first place...

Adelina shrugged at his reply, just out of habit. She was silent for a while... great. Now she had to come up with something to talk about. She didn't want to, but she supposed she should. Sighing inwardly, she thought for a while before speaking again. "What's your name?" she asked, her tone the same as it had been before. "How long have ya been here?"

"Im Shadow...and Ive been here about a day and you?" He asked with a smile hoping to help her mood get better since he did want to talk and stop all the boredom of being alone...

Adelina ignored the smile. She listened as he replied, knowing that 'Shadow' would be an easy name to remember. Not that she wanted to remember his name; she was just good at remembering names and other small stuff. "I'm Addie," she said. "Been here... um... I don't know. A few days? A week maybe? I've lost count." She shrugged her shoulders, not really caring. "So you've only been here about a day, hm? What do you think of the place so far?"

Sonlath looked at her again and shrugged. "Its ok...nothing to special...its boring...unless im talking with someone or something." He sighed knowing this boredom was going to be here for a loooong time.
