Jaxon Jupiter
Starting with that? Jaxon looked uncomfortable for a moment. What with his powers being Electric and all, he generally refrained from staying in large bodies of water for too long. He barely even spent four minutes in the shower!

But he was dared to do it. Slowly, Jaxon made his way to the fountain. Before getting in though, he made sure any sensitive objects, like his phone and some papers, were out of his pockets. He also made sure to check no one was in contact with the water.

Finally, with all checks done, he lied down, holding his breath, and began to count.

KirMir noticed how nervous and displeased Jaxon was after hearing the dare. But he hadn't given any restrictions that would have precluded that particular dare so they were not concerned. Wasn't that the point of a dare? For it to be something that was difficult or challenging because it made you uncomfortable or embarrassed. That was what they had found when they looked it up.

They had no idea what Jaxon's abilities were, they just knew that laying in water was uncomfortable and then he would be wet for the rest of the game. They followed the boy as he walked over to the fountain but they left some distance between where he was putting his belongings and them. No need to look like they were going to steal something or look through his things.

Mir stood a few feet away from the water, with Kir and the rest about 10 feet further away. Kir appeared to be deep in a whispered conversation with their regalia about plans throughout the whole thing.

Mir loudly counted out the time and waited for Jaxon to emerge from the fountain.

Jaxon Jupiter
He could hear the man count down, and it seemed to take a lifetime. But he made it through, and with a gasp, quickly emerged from below the surface.

Shivering slightly from the sudden cold breeze, Jaxon pulled himself out and squelched back over to the group, noting Sunny's nod of approval, which he returned, standing a little taller. He could do this.

"So that now makes it my turn? Truth or dare?"

KirMir watched as the boy dragged himself back out of the water. He was soaked and shivering a little bit but seemed unharmed.

They wished they had a towel or blanket to offer him once the game was over. It wasn't like they wanted him to suffer, they just were trying to win the challenge and impress their regalia. Sed had mentioned that he could help them with their physical weakness if they impressed him. Telling him about how they rebelled against the corporation that had been using them for genetic testing had gone a long ways but they still needed to do well in this game.

Kir stepped back beside Mir and answered Jaxon without pausing to think about their options. "Yes it is now our turn to pick an option for you to request of us. We will select 'dare'."

Alette just shook her head a little bit. She had wanted them to go for only truths but she understood that wasn't how the game was supposed to be played. Sed was excited to see what crazy thing KiMir was going to be dared to do.

Jaxon Jupiter
"Well, uh," He said, shaking his hands to remove some of the moisture. Jaxon looked at the two. "Do you both do the dares, or should I choose just one?"

Sunny came over and whispered in his ear. She had the perfect dare. Jaxon grinned a bit at it.

"Either way, The dare is for him," He motioned to Sed as he took something from Sunny. "To draw on one or both your faces something embarrassing."

Jaxon held up a Permanent marker, which he received from sunny, and held it out for Sed to take. Hopefully, Sed didn't go easy on them. He appeared to have a strong personality, but was still on their team.

KirMir looked at Sunny and Jaxon and then looked at Sed. Sed, who happened to be grinning widely and this great opportunity. "We are one person so whether one body or both take part it would still be considered completing the dare. Technically you cannot give the regalia a dare as the rules we agreed upon require the contestants to complete the dares," stated Mir. The regalia were there to be observers and perhaps provide some coaching or assistance but the competition was between Jaxon and KirMir.

"However we will rephrase that dare as you daring us to allow Sed to draw something embarrassing on our faces," Kir added almost immediately and nodded for Sed to go get the marker.

Sed happily ran over to borrow the marker and gave a wink to Jaxon and Sunny. "Don't worry, just because i'm on their team doesn't mean i'll go easy on them. I don't belong to them." With that he rushed back over to start drawing on Mir's face. KirMir appeared far more on-edge and nervous as Mir reluctantly removed their glasses to allow the drawing. Making one of their bodies blind was very dangerous and their survival instinct was activating. It took a great deal of resolve not to decline that dare after all. Winning a game was nothing i they put themselves in mortal danger- but then Alette put her hand in Mir's and they allowed Sed to continue.

In turn Sed drew a moustache/goatee, a monocle and crazy eyebrows on Mir and then as they put their glasses on he moved over to Kir. On the male Sed simply wrote 'I suck my thumb' and then drew a few tears on his cheeks.

Alette quietly giggled as Sed showed off his handiwork and Sed presented the marker back to Jaxon. KirMir looked at themselves and then turned back to Jaxon without laughing. They actually had a slight frown. "Very well, your turn to pick again Jaxon. Truth or Dare?"

Jaxon Jupiter
At least he knew for next time. Jaxon glanced at Sunny, who shrugged. Neither of them had thought about how it might be misinterpreted.

The two observed the reluctance that Kir seemed to have when Mir removed her glasses. Was this the breaking point?

No, it wasn't as Sed drew on their faces. "Nice job." Jaxon remarked, grinning at their handiwork. "Couldn't have done better myself."

He took the marker from Sed. "I think I shall pick Truth this time. Is that okay with you?"

KirMir had indeed been very close to losing the game last round and they were very much aware of it. Would a loss make it harder to impress Sed? Maybe, but he seemed to be more interested in disrupting the norm than going along with set rules.

Mir nodded at Alette and withdrew their hand from hers, also giving the quiet girl a pat on the shoulder. "I told ya I wouldn't go easy on them. Wasn't even sure if they'd let me do that but I guess they did so that's cool," Sed grinned at Jaxon

"It is our understanding that you may choose either option as you wish. We do not mind if you wish to pick truth," said Kir as they moved their gaze from the returning Sed to Jaxon and Sunny.

KirMir actually paused and stood there quietly for a minute. They could ask any number of things but didn't know enough about Jaxon to determine what kind of question he would refuse to answer. He seemed to be a fairly rule-abiding child as far as they could tell so perhaps trying to make him admit doing something illegal would work?

"Very well, Jaxon," Mir addressed the boy, "What is the most expensive item you have stolen?" After that they turned to whisper something in Alette's ear and the younger girl began to stare intently at Jaxon for some reason.

Technically it was a bluff. Alette wasn't actually doing anything at all. It was just a harmless ploy to make Jaxon uneasy.

Jaxon Jupiter
He should have picked Truth earlier. Jaxon was a law-abiding student. Due to his heritage from Zeus, he was left with a stronge sense of right and wrong. He couldn't bear to do the wrong thing, or even to see it happen. It was part of the reason why he moonlights as a hero.

Ignoring Allete's stare, though did raise some concerns, (Was she a polygraph?) Jaxon grinned. "Expensive? The question is what I've stolen. Which is nothing. I have never stolen anything in my life."

He was starting to dry off, so Jaxon began to shiver less. "Truth or dare." He said.

Alette stopped staring at Jaxon just as soon as he finished answering the question. She wasn't really trying to see if he was lying in the first place, but she kept up the act by leaning up to whisper something in Mir's ear.

"We have our doubts that anyone could truly have never stolen anything in their life. Not even something small or something by mistake. However we have no concrete reason to argue the point so we will accept your answer," said Kir. They looked over at Sed. From what they read usually people tended to prefer truths because they were less risky but KirMir knew Sed wanted things to be exciting and against the norm.

"We will select 'Dare' again," answered Mir.
