Private Finished [AGODR] A Game of Truth or Dare Zora/Tai

Tai listened to her words and smiled faintly as she spoke, downing another tiny whiskey bottle and leaning back on the bed to cross his legs. He let the quiet linger momentarily before sitting back up. "That sounds really nice...I have a lot of memories of my ma and I that I hold really closely. Pretty much the only times I was happy as a kid was with her." He looked away for a brief moment, a small dreamy smile still on his face before returning his attention to Zora. "I figured I'd try to lighten the mood a little with something nicer. Anyway, I guess I'll do a truth."

Tai hadn't quite been expecting his question to be returned at him like that, and he hummed softly to himself as he considered the answer. A faint, but warm memory in particular stood out to him, and he smiled softly as it played out in his head. "Mm...I think I was probably three as well. My ma's an enchantress, so I had tried to make her a little charm of my own out of soap. I remember her laughing and holding me, and framing it on the wall..." He trailed off, seeming much more at peace while he thought about that. "Anyway...truth or dare?"

Tai rolled his shoulders back and thought for a moment before nodding. "Alright, sure. I'll give you a riddle, and you have to answer it correctly within three guesses. Sound fair? It's ny own original one too, so looking it up won't help."

Tai looked at her flatly, then raised a brow. "You think I'm trying to cheat, don't you? I mean, I guess that's a fair reaction if you don't know me, but for future reference, that ain't me." He frowned and looked her over for a few moments. "Fine, then." He stood from the bed and promptly went about pulling off the sheets, tossing the pillows off to the side and messing up the blankets as well. All in all, pretty far from presentable. "You have a minute and a half to properly remake the bed, blankets, pillows and all, with no wrinkles in the sheets or help from your regalia." He took out his phone and set a timer, waiting to start until she gave the go ahead.

Tai stopped the timer when she still had a fair amount and had already finished, raising a brow slightly. He was surprised at her speed, but not as much at her general reaction. He'd given her a mundane truth and dare based off of her very negative reaction earlier; he was legitimately trying to be nice and very much stay in safe territory. He couldn't argue that overall the challenge hadn't been a failure, so he shrugged and nodded at her suggestion, his regalia nodding as well as he gathered up the rest of his tiny whiskies. "Sure...and, uh, sorry about the touchy question, again. I really wasn't tryin' to be a dick." That said, he left two twenties behind on the bed to cover the drinks and then some, and breezed out of the room flashing a peace sign behind him.
