Private Finished [AGODR] A Game of Truth or Dare Zora/Tai

Tai had been reclining on the bench here for a good fifteen minutes, trying his best to come up with a game plan as far as these supposed matches went. He had been under the impression that this was a normal fighting tournament with the prize being one mystical power that everyone was gunning for. However, things seemed to be going a bit differently, and he was stumped as to where to start...that is, until his regalia got his attention much like Zora had gotten hers, and gestured to her. He eyed her up and down, then took a long drag on his joint as he got up to approach, squinting a bit and blowing the smoke through his nostrils. "Huh...you're a part of this too, then? Well, shit, I guess this is some kinda fate, or whatever."

Tai rolled his shoulders back and smiled faintly, taking another long drag and keeping the smoke in this time until it dissipated entirely. "Honestly? I got no fuckin' clue. I was expecting this to be all about fighting, but that doesn't seem much like the case." He tapped a bit off ash off of the cherry and hummed thoughtfully for a moment, before his regalia tapped him on the shoulder and whispered in his ear, immediately bringing a light blush to his cheeks. "Eh? I ain't played that since high school, but...I mean...alright, so, Zora. She seems to think truth or dare or a good way to go. Thoughts?"

Tai scratched his chin for a moment, finishing up his joint with one exceptionally long inhale and rubbing the cherry out between his fingers before pocketing the last little nub and nodding. "Yeah, sounds fair to me. This one really seems to like that idea, so I'm game. We should probably find a more private place to do this, rather than just out in the open. Any suggestions? If need be I can just spring for a cheap hotel room, that's no problem. I just don't want other people interfering."

Tai quirked a brow at Zora's suggestion, crossing his arms lightly and smirking. "Damn, fancy then. I mean I can get behind that, sure." He followed behind her, offering to let her ride on his cloud if she wanted and settling into the room with a heavy sigh once they got there. He flopped back on the bed and then sat up, squinting at the minibar. "...Eh, fuck it. I'll pay you back for whatever."

With that, he breezed over to snatch a double handful of the tiny whiskey bottles before sitting back down, his tail swishing. Grinning again at her question, he knocked back the drink, humming softly. It was just normal alcohol, and thus wouldn't really get him too much more than buzzed. "I mean, dare. I look like a pussy to you?" He was clearly just joking around, honestly pretty excited to get his first match out of the way.

Tai had figured he was prepared for basically anything, and the one that she brought up technically was easy to do, given he couldn't. His expression immediately fell, and he swallowed audibly, rubbing his collarbone. "...I can't do that one. The girl I liked, she uh...left the island for good recently. I don't know where she is now, or have her number, or..." He squeezed his hands for a moment before shaking his head.

He downed two more of the tiny bottles, scooting back on the bed. It was clear that he was being genuine in his reaction, and was more than a little hurt over who he was talking about. "I'm, uh...not interested in anybody else right now, so...you can give me a new one if you want."
