"It is magical, but I don't think it is the place that is so magical.

It's you."
He smirked and took the paddle, pushing the boat from the shore onto the lake and hopping on. The bottom of the boat was luckily dry and the water was shining with the red light of the lanterns and the white light of the moon. She was that light.

His eyes looked towards hers and he tilted his head. the boat was in the middle of the lake. He sat by her now, his head leaning on hers. Valentine, finally after ten minutes of rowing, had found the spot he wanted. It was a bit secluded from the others, but had a great view of the crescent moon and the lanterns below.

"Amelia..." he said, resting his head upon hers.

Her eyes sparkled, she loved him so much the whole evening seemed like a dream except better. She never felt this way before, her heart seemed to be flying. Butterflies in her stomach, she bit her lip lightly.

She was a bit afraid, what if they kissed? Would it be bad? Would it hurt their relationship? No it wouldn't hurt they're relationship, he loved her... She calmed herself trusting whatever happened tonight wouldn't hurt their relationship. She smiled her eyes sparkling again.

"Amelia..." he said, resting his head upon hers.

She loved him, she felt safe with him. She wondered what would happen next, she felt so happy and strange inside. "Yes Valentine?" She said lightly her heart beating faster. Her hair smelled of Jade and Lavender from her shampoo, it was a beautiful smell.

"You know...the time we met, I don't know. I saw something in you. Something that I wanted in a woman. I didn't love you then, but I knew that you and me, well, we'd be friends. Its so great though that this happened." He looked and placed his hand over her shoulder, peering into the sky, he had no intention of kissing her right now, but there was a temptation. He shook it off rather regrettably.

"I love you, very much. I hold you dearly to me." He meant it, from the bottom of his heart. He knew that he said it so many times to her, but he never wanted to stop saying it. Love to Valentine is one of those things said and not done.

She smiled, she was glad he didn't kiss her. She hugged him, "I love you too, and I hold you very dearly to me. I love you so very much Valentine." She said meaning every word she said from the bottom of her heart. She was glad he didn't kiss her, she knew it was a temptation as was it with her. Especially since she had never felt so happy or wonderful in her life.

She gave him a light squeeze holding onto him. She never felt so happy, Valentine was like her other half. A perfect fit and she loved the feeling he gave her inside.

He smirked, and said nothing. I guess it is just one of those times where silence is golden. He continued to hug her back with one arm. His other arm leaned on the boat, his head now leaning on hers. He wanted to say how much he loved her, yet, acting is a better thing. His eyes looked up towards the moon, where it shined upon the lake. There was a faint distant noise in the background.

It was slow music. It was quaint, but very soothing. The classical tones not really fitting with the scene that they were in, but it was better than the techno they were hearing before.

Dancing on the boat...

She held onto him, his head leaning on her's she moved it slowly nuzzling his neck. She rested her head lightly on his shoulder. She felt so happy and in love, she closed her eyes savouring the time in her memory. She never thought her first date would be this magical. She knew it was strange at how fast they fell in love or how wonderful she felt with him. But she knew one thing, Valentine and her were meant to be.

She thought about his last name, Ctakah... Amelia Ctakah, it sounds weird at first but then it sounds wonderful after. I like it, Amelia and Valentine Ctakah it sounds so magical and wonderful. She squeezed him lightly thinking about their future.

She heard the light music in the background, it was much better then techno for the first date even though it didn't match the scene around them. She smiled holding onto him loving to hold onto him and for him to hold onto her.

He sighed, and continued to look at the moon. "I love you, and I know how we are supposed to go to the slow dance, but, I enjoy being with you right now. I enjoy just the touch of your body against mine. Its almost like an irresistable love that you've given me." He smiled, tugging her against him.

"Were you ever ready for eternity?" He couldn't grasp it, and still can't grasp eternity. It's almost like a wall of the mind that none can ever see through.

She smiled lightly letting him tug her against him. "I don't truly care too much for the whole dance part. I care more for being with you then anything, you know... Dancing just gave us a accuse to be in eachother's arms and for you to hold me close. I love your touch, when you first held me in your arms my heart leapt right out of my chest. Ever since then your touch sent thrills down my spine my heart has never returned to it's same position because you have it, I gave it to you and I'm glad you can't resist it." She said with a smile putting her arms around his neck resting her head against his neck, holding him close.

"Valentine, enternity is a long time true, but it will prove not to be unbearable because I'll have you by my side for so long as you live and I'll forever hold your memory whether or not we do one day." She looked down thinking about what if they never got to get married and something happened. She wouldn't be able to bare it possibly, she held him tight.

"Hey, I won't die. not too soon really." He really didn't want to share about death so near now. It's something that killed the mood. It made him feel so...bad.

Valentine leaned upon the back of the boat, letting go of her, making himself relax on the bed of water. He rested his head on the bow of the boat. "So, care to come next to me? We don't have to talk about death, lets talk about the here, and the now." And what hopefully shall never come in the future.

She smiled lightly and moved next to him, the boat wasn't big nor small. She leaned against the back of the boat finding the position wasn't as comfortable on her side. She unsuringly moved her head onto his shoulder, "Here and now, is wonderful." She said with a small happy sigh, the night was quite romantic and not once had they kissed. It showed that they both cared more for the well-being of the relationship then the material kiss that many couples do so soon in the relationship getting clouded with material things wasn't a good thing.

She was glad her and him had been taking it slow, it seemed they were perfect for eachother. No one else could have made Amelia so happy. She smiled lightly she loved Valentine so much, he was so kind and gentle with her. She thought more of the things he had given her, each thing done with love and it had meant so much to her.
