Private A Surprise Housewarming

Gazing up at Stefan when he made a very touching comment about the day that they had met, Zora put her almost empty plate on the new teak nordic style coffee.

"So am I," she sighed happily as she slipped her arm through his and hugged his arm to her body, her head still resting on his shoulder.

"If I didn't know better, I'd have said your mother had something to do with it," she teased. "Making me all googly-eyed and starstruck just like some schoolgirl for her handsome son," she added with a grin.

Zora closed her eyes for a moment, savoring the moment when Stefan brushed her cheek and kissed her on the lips.

"And I love you too.. so very very much. You are my rock, you know that?" she confessed as she gazed up adorningly at the love of her life.

"You keep me grounded and I look forward to every moment we get to spend together," she admitted as she suddenly got up from her place on the couch and sat herself on her boyfriend's lap.

"Those could be dangerous words," Zora quipped, her tone light and playful, as she snuggled in comfortably when Stefan pulled her in close. She loved feeling safe and secure when she was around him.

"I just might never leave, you know?" she stated happily as she loosely wrapped her arms around his neck and kissed him softly.

"You have this new swanky apartment now. I may decide to myself comfortable and refuse to go home," she joked as she placed her forehead against his.

"Only one drawer?" Zora quipped back in feigned horror. "Just so you know, I will need at least two," she teased as she gave Stefan another soft and rather playful kiss on the lips.

"And I am hoping that I'll get a nice little space of my own in the fridge. I don't want you eating all my tiramisu without me," she continued with a grin as she snuggled in closer.

" You know what?" Zora began as a thoughtful look appeared on her face. "I think that maybe it's time for us to go somewhere on vacation, just the two of us."

"Yes, she is," Zora admitted a little bit embarrassed now by the fact that she hadn't remembered to say anything to Stefan.

"She called me a few days ago at work. I just forgot to ask if you'd be interested in taking off for a few days this coming week," she confessed as she gently ran her fingers through the hair at the back of his neck.

"I do know you are super busy with the launch of your album and everything..." she said, her voice trailing off as she looked at him questioningly, unsure if she had maybe proposed the trip at the wrong moment.
