Lestat was still motionless staring at the ceiling when Flayace helped him. He tried his best not to move through this whole time to avoid the pain. Even though he was a strong being, he still felt pain like everyone or everything else. But he wasn't sure of the full extent of the pain he felt since he had only felt the minimum since he only moved a small amount since he had awakened. he doesn't even have any idea how much he may have moved while he was asleep. Either way, Lestat would find out eventually since he would like to stretch out his limbs before they get restless, not to mention they would be unbearably stiff after he has healed if he doesn't at least try to move a little bit.

As Flayace stood over him with the glass of water, he was a little nervous as he wanted to close his eyes as reflex from something about to get into his eyes. Though he didn't like things in his eyes, he knew that he would have to do this since his only other option would be crying and there is nothing that would make him feel as if he needed to cry except....
Even so, Lestat sucked it up and held his eyes open wide for the water to hit effectively. He watched the water fall slowly from the cup, it seemed to be moving in slow motion above his eye. Within only moments, though, it had splashed his eye with the cool, refreshing, clear, water. His left eye had felt so much better. He moved it around so that the water could get his whole eye.

He heard Flayace talking to him but he didn't answer since he was so bent on getting the water to spread over his eye, and so it did. She went on to the other eye and Lestat repeated the same action as the water hit his eye. he felt so much relief, that he exhaled heavily through his nostrils. Sitting back, Flayace grabbed the other glass of water, apparently for him to drink. Lestat looked over to her and nodded slowly to avoid too much pain in his neck, though he didn't know how he would drink it while lying on his back. He can't move himself, but can the bed move? He didn't know at all how this was going to work for him. he wanted to avoid wasting time and energy in figuring this out and so he closed his eyes for a moment. It took a few moments but he mapped out the structure of the metal bed using his magnetokinesis. He couldn't find a way to actually find a way to make it bend him forward but he knew that he could bend the bed himself. So he did.

Slowly, the bed lifted his torso up into an angled position. The mattress of the bed was light and flimsy, luckily, so there was no problem there. But there was a slight problem, the pain. Lestat felt masses of pain as he sat himself up using the bed. His waste, his ribs, his shoulders, his chest, his knees, his neck. They were all deep in pain and throbbed drastically. After sitting himself up, he tried to calm himself with a series of deep inhales and exhales through his nostrils. It worked but it took about 4 and a half minutes to do so. It was extremely painful for him though he didn't cry out for help like he should have for the nurse or even Flayace. They probably could have lessened the pain a bit, especially the nurse since she has the medical training. Finally calming his breathing, he looked to Flayace and said to her telepathically, "So how about the water..." He said in a joking matter.

Thinking of ways for her to safely let Lestat drink the water in the glass she was holding, she was again puzzled. As she looked on her side of the bed, it seemed that there was no button to elevate the bed in any way, which made her a bit mad. Why on earth had they given him such a horrible room and bed? She would most defiantly give the receptionist an earful when she was done visiting Lestat. As if Lestat had read her mind, which he was most than capable doing without her knowing, she heard a weird noise coming from the bed. As she stared at the bed, it seemed that he was moving it all on his own, most likely with his powers. As it was to an angle he liked, it seemed that it took him a few minutes to catch his breath again, as considering his state it would have most likely hurt a lot to move like he had. Waiting for him to calm himself and the pain, she smiled brightly as his voice appeared in her mind. She wanted to comfort him, but she knew that it would most likely hurt him for her to touch him. Slowly putting the cup under his mouth, she slowly tipped it towards him, and in no time a small rush of ice and water had filed his mouth. Tipping it downwards, she mouth it slightly away from his mouth, waiting to see if he could swallow the water that was in his mouth. "How is that?" She asked, even though she wasn't sure if she even wanted a reply to it. She knew that he was in a horrible state, and even though he didn't say it, she could see that he was hurting more than she could even imagine.

Lestat gave no indication of how he felt as she gave him the water. He was obviously in pain but even so, he hid it from his girlfriend so that she wouldn't worry. As she gave him mire and more water, he only held it in his mouth. He was unable swallow it as well as he would have wanted to. He was craving the thrust quenching coldness of the water but was unable to enjoy it to his full satisfaction. Though it felt especially cold on his tongue and the roof of his mouth, what he needed it for was the roof of his mouth exclusively. It felt as if his throat was coated in pepper and drenched in motor oil. This was a bad combination obviously.

As he held the ice and water in his mouth he looked FlaYace who awaited an answer from him on how it was. He tilted back his head and forced the liquid down his throat as if he was about to die if he hadn't done it right then and there. The ice shards felt prickly going down his throat, they stabbed him every step of the way. It was painful indeed. But he had no choice but to do this. The water pushed everything out of its way as if it was a tidal wave wrecking the island shores. Everything that had clothesline throat pushed further and further through his body. It felt like swallowing a tennis ball. The relief he felt once it had finally reached his stomach. He didn't speak but he breathed heavily through his move signifying that he had nothing clogging his throat anymore.

But mow was his time of fearlessness. Lestat knew.that he had to try and get up, there was nothing that he wanted more at that moment than to be able to do things on his own. He moved his body, letting the crackling bones and ripped muscle fibers make their disgusting and obnoxious sounds. He kept a steadily contorted face on him that showed the pain he was now enduring. Why was he doing this really? It was really simple, he hates not being able to do things himself just as he had been for his whole life. As herbalist himself off the bed, he hit the ground on his knees. He sat there for moments before moving to the wall as support. He helped himself up just barely as he held the wall. What was he aiming for?

As she carefully watched her boyfriend lay there, it seemed that no response had emerged from him. Was he trying to hide his real emotions for her sake? Or did he really just not want to talk? She wasn't going to dwell on the topic, but something alarmed her greatly in the seconds afterwards. It seemed that he was trying to get up, to move out of his bed for some reason. Worry spread over her face like wildfire as her eyes changed color to reflect her concerned mood. "Lestat..." She said calmly as it seemed that he had succeeded to lift himself up, as it also looked as if she was going to jump off the bed. Gasping a bit as he fell onto his knees, she wasn't sure exactly what he was trying to accomplish. He wasn't going to make her happy by walking out of the hospital in such a bad condition, that wouldn't solve anything. As he got up after a few minutes, it seemed that he was leaning onto the wall for support for himself. Getting in front of him, she tried to calm him down by looking into his eyes, but it seemed as if he didn't want that. "Please stop Lestat, please don't hurt yourself more then you already have. It's hurting me to see you in this state so please, just-" She didn't know how to finish that, as the urge to run to him and hug him tightly, but she knew that would do nothing but make him hurt even more. "Please just don't make me hurt anymore, okay? Stop pushing yourself." She lightly put her hand on his face, and the other on his shoulder as she tried to give him a big smile.

Lestat was anxious to get out of bed. He knew the pain it would cause him but he still did it regardless. He knew what he had to do and that was his first priority, even over letting himself heal. Getting himself up and getting out of the hospital was the first thing he needed to do in order to better himself in the future to come. Flayace may not understand what he was doing at the moment but as of now, she would have to bare with the pain that it caused both of them to have Lestat in such a condition and situation. He was breathing heavily as he held his hand on the wall, leaning on it for dear life. He had to get to the forest to find something that he had a while ago, and it looked like he would need more help than his own condition could offer. He would need Flayace to help him.

As Flayace pleaded to him to stop what he was doing, Lestat could only shake his head as he stared at the ground. He felt her soft, warm, inviting hands on his face and shoulder. He knew that it pained her to see him this was bit he had no choice hut to do this in order to better himself. He slowly inched his head upward in order to look her in the eyes. His head felt as heavy as a bolder since his neck was unable to support it due to his condition. As his bright, glowing, emerald eyes locked with full contact on her now changed eyes, Lestat muttered something small. He still didn't have his full voice yet so she would have to listen hard. "I need your help." He said with a scratchy voice. He was no long using his telepathic powers to speak with her. " I need your help to get to the forest, to heal myself..." He said yo her. He managed to get this out in fragments nut they were nonetheless understandable.

Lestat moved by Flayace to get to the window. Luckily they were ok the first floor so they wouldn't have to perform some impossible feat. He knew well enough that the doctors and nurses would try to keep him in the room and he couldn't have that happen. He would hope that no one comes to check on him anytime soon. Finding that he was unable to genuinely move on his own, Lestat used his magnetokinesis on the chair Flayace had previously been sitting on. He bent it and straightened it in different ways to fit his body. It acted as a support brace keeping him standing and balancing him. It stretched across his back and legs while wrapping around his torso. This should keep his body from falling over mostly, hopefully.

Looking at him, it seemed that he wasn't going to listen to her demands, which worried her greatly. It seemed that he didn't even want to consider the possibility of how greatly he was hurting her, and how much she already had because of what had happened. Sighing lightly, she closed her eyes for a second before looking into his green eyes, wanting nothing more then to see him happy and healthy. As he talked to her, not through telepathy but actually talking, his voice alarmed her greatly. She tilted her head a bit as he finished, as she was confused, worried and curious all at the same time. "To the forest?" She questioned what he had said just before he watched him mold the once normal metal chair into him type of brace for him. Was he serious about going out into the forest? It seemed dangerous, especially because of his condition. She wasn't going to argue with him, or even try to change his mind, as she knew it was already made up. Nodding slowly a yes to him, she was ready to do whatever he needed her to. "Okay, sweetie, what do you need me to do?"

Lestat was fixated on getting to the forest. He knew what he could do to better heal himself.and take at least a little bit of worry off of Flayace. Why he needed to go to the forest, though, was only known to him ans no one. Not even, Flayace would know why he chose the forest of all places. But he knew full well why he went there and that's all that mattered. What he was going to do at the forest site was something that only demons could do. Or at least so he thought this since it was told to him by someone else who just so happened to be a demon himself. Lestat was being a little impatient though and was hurrying to get out of the hospital and to his destination. He wasn't going yo rush Flayace though since he already knew what he was putting her through. It was nothing good either so he had no right to try and rush her when she was going so far out of her way to do this for even someone like him.

Flayace had agreed to what was trying to do and asked what he needed of her. He inky had one request of her though and it was easy to understand. There was no way for her to misunderstand even though he would be saying it bluntly and without much description, or even no description at all really. "All I need you to do, is help me get to the forest in any way possible." He explained. It was simple enough by explanation but doing it might be harder than one may think without a real mode of transportation. He hung himself on the window sill trying to stay up with the brace. He looked FlaYace with concern in his eyes and hoped that she was able to help him do this. After this though, he knew he would treat her to the best day if her life considering what she has went through because Ofcom.. He wouldn't be surprised if she was regretting ever being his girlfriend.

She wasn't sure exactly how she was supposed to fulfill his request of her. It was't an easy task to do. As he made his way to the window sill, she again got even more worried for him and herself. "Okay sweetie." It was very risky to be trying to do something like this, but it wasn't like she was going to let him down. She cared about him a lot, more than he even knew. She really did just hope that whatever he thought would heal him, would work, a she didn't want to have to see him in any more pain. Looking at him, she gave him a soft smile, trying to reassure him that everything would be okay. "Do, do you think I could use my powers that you unlocked to get us down there?" She said before grabbing his hand that wasn't leaning on the window sill. She still wasn't even close to figuring out her new power, or to mastering them for that matter.

Lestat was now confused out of his own disbelief. What did she mean, new ability? He has no memory of doing such a thing. Did he do it after his little squabble with that guy in the woods or was it before? He sat in thought for a minutes at a time trying to think about it. His facial expressions changed dramatically with every thought that passed through his head. He was truly baffled by any other means and couldn't think of a way to remember it. He couldn't read his own mind after all. Looking out the window, that was now opened due to his trying to get out of the hospital, he thought and thought until he started to get frustrated at himself for forgetting something that seemed to be way too important. Flayace, had another ability. That was something that he would thing that he would remember. He shook his head without letting any word escape his lips. His was very disappointed in himself.

Lestat turned to look at Flayace. His expression serious, but his left eyebrow arched. "Sorry, but I don't remember what ability you are talking about...' He said with a low and scratchy voice that was almost unheard. One could make out what he had said but it wasn't without work. He continued after he straightened his throat rather loudly. "Can you please remind me?" His face dawned a foolish and embarrassed smile that showed he was sincerely baffled and apologetic about what he had forgotten. He moved a little in order to get slightly more comfortable but he felt the pain that had everlasting control over him. He clenched Flayace's hand a little showing that he felt the pain but refrained from gripping it too hard because he knew that she was not only un-expectant of his sudden feeling of pain but she was also a beautiful young women. Enough said.

It scared her a bit that he didn't remember the powers that he had unlocked for her. Watching his face show many different expressions, it seemed that he really didn't remember anything of what had happened. Had he even remembered her pretty much taking him to a safe place because of the power? Most likely not. It seemed that she would have to remind him of the power he had given her, which had saved both of their lives. As he confirmed that he didn't remember, even though his words were hard to understand, she cleared her throat a bit to response. Before doing so, she was a bit shocked at the sudden squeeze that he gave her hand, as if he was trying to express that he really was not well, even though he was trying so much to make i seem that he was at least a bit okay.

"Well, you see, you were injured badly, and the meanie that did it was about to give us both the final blow." She said, looking into his eyes. "And somehow, you found something in my mind, a new extension of my powers, which allowed me to teleport to wherever I was looking with my powers." Smiling a bit, even though it had been a sad time, she was very happy that he had figured out that she had that power, or they most likely both would have been dead. "So I used that to get us to of harms way." Flayace hoped that was enough information to give him an idea of what she was thinking about doing next. "So maybe I could use that power to get us out of here, undetected?" She could easily teleport them out of the building, and closer to the forest that he needed to go to for some reason.
