RE: A kiss with a fist is better than none [Poptart]
Sebastian hissed angrily yet again as Hari picked him up, both pleased and angry with himself; pleased because he had managed, despite still being trapped in his current body, to make Hari pause, and angry, for it did not seem that Hari cared much for his anger after that initial pause. Instead, the his finally-human-again boyfriend picked him up, his hands warm and gentle against Sebastian's scaled skin, yet still irritating him, if for nothing else than for the fact that he was small enough for Hari to pick up. He found himself hissing yet again, this time in order to announce that he was more than displeased with this action.
Of course we are he thought, somewhat surprised at the sudden optimisms in the other man's voice, his annoyance still waning down somewhat as he felt his boyfriends lips press against his head. It felt nice, even with him in this form. Warm and safe, he thought, curling at the edge of the table to watch as Hari slowly began to make order of their now more messed up then ever room. Somehow, it felt like a metaphor.
For a while, he simply watched Hari move, enjoying the relief which the sight of him caused to form in his gut, trying not to think about all those things he had screamed inside his head, and which were still left unsaid. There was even more to that than just his thoughts, he knew. A lot of things needed to be explained and new boundaries sat. It would have to wait, however, until he too was human again, so he tried not to rail himself up before he actually had the means to release the emotion, simply focusing instead on the movement of his boyfriend's body. It had almost lulled him back to sleep, watching Hari work.
The man had not approached him again for quite some time too, and as he noticed that, his lulled state broke as he rose, his tongue instinctively tasting the air for Hari's smell. Then the other man was there, his skin clean from dirty, his hair braided. Suddenly, Sebastian found himself on a bedside table, a lamp casting warmth all along his back. He hissed in pleasure before he could think about how he really did not want to, curling even more tightly around himself. Hari's words however made him stop acting like a common snake, making him raise his head towards the man yet again.
Cute, he thought, eyeing the man with as much suspicion as a snake could. How could Hari even think that, with him trapped in this irritating scaled skin. He was not cute. It was not cute. He was a snake. A small, yellow, not even poisonous snake. It was irritating. Maddening. Everything and anything under the sun, except cute. He found himself hissing again, unbelieving. His thoughts were however once again halted as his boyfriend continued to speak. This time, he when he curled around himself again, it was because there was a slight chill (was that even possible?) running down his spine, because while he was glad to hear Hari had already heard all of that which he had said so he would not need to repeat himself, he also remembered he had pretty much planned a good chunk of their life together after they had finished school, which he did not know what Hari thought about. The man seemed anything but displeased however, as he probably continued planning what to do with Sebastian while he was a snake.
I will feel better as soon as I'm out of this cursed skin he hissed, irritated yet again, sliding from the table and wrapping himself around Hari's hand and wrist. It was warm there, just as warm as under the lamp and far more comfortable, and he felt the need to be close to his lover right now. And we are actually going to talk then he thought to himself, both dreading that moment and wishing it was already there.
