((OOC: Will try posting as often as I can, though I might have delays due to how my private life is at the moment. Thanks for understanding.))

Denizen woke up in his cabin. The ship was rocking less, that meant they must be getting close to the island. He didn’t sleep well that night, his dreams were keeping him awake. He was tired so he would have preferred to rest longer. After he freshened himself up, he gathered his belongings and left the cabin. It was still early and the sun was just raising. Denizen smiled looking at the sunrise.

It was a new beginning for him, a new life chapter. As he stood there he remembered many of the bitter, as well as fond, memories in his lives. His expression was more of a grimace, needless to say his emotions were in disarray. Maybe I should just jump into the water, would at least get my head on straight. he thought.

Fortunately before he could do anything rash a gentle poke to his neck got him back to reality. He looked at the source of it and it was one of his bunnies that hopped onto his shoulder. He smiled and petted the little creature. It nuzzled his hand while making a Kyu~ sound. Making the man smile.

“All right, back you go.” Denizen gently nudged the bunny back into his body with a gentle voice. To which the little one nodded and disappeared. Only then did Denizen look around if anyone saw him and fortunately he was alone. At least that is what he thought. After leaning down and picking up his duffle bag, he put it over his shoulder. Time to go. He thought as he went to disembark.

Denizen headed to the academy, it took him quite a while to get there. There were mostly two reasons for that. One of them was that it was quite a distance from the pier where he disembarked, two, even though he had a map he just walked around sightseeing. Fortunately he had someone who had a better direction sense than him, his bunnies.

One of them, having enough of the idle wandering jumped onto the man’s shoulder and stuck a map into his face, poking his cheek. That might look a bit hilarious, not to mention strange, but what can you do if a bunny is more serious than its owner.

“Fine, fine. Lead the way then.” He said to the bunny, who pointed in the directions they had to go while looking at the map. It didn’t take them long to get to the admissions office. Mostly due to the bunny working as a guide, with Denizen going into the directions it pointed to. They did make some detours, but they were not much deviations from the original destination.

Arriving at the academy, they headed to the administration’s office, with the bunny retreating back into Denizen’s body. There were a lot of people on the school grounds, it slightly put Denizen off, but he would have to get used to a schools atmosphere again. Arriving at his destination he went up to the first person that was free to inquire where he had to go get situated.

“Good day. My name is Denizen. I’m supposed to start teaching here. Could you please tell me where I should go to get situated?” He tried smiling, but it most likely came out more like a grimace due to him being slightly nervous.
