A Fortuitous Occasion

Festivals were amazing things to Kaya. It always seemed to Kaya everyone on the island came to attend which allowed her to see the amazing diversity that happens when many different people of different races, dimensions and powers all converge on one island. Kaya was wearing a glossy black loose short sleeved button up shirt that came short of her waist allowing for free movement and tight matte black pants whos material looked more like silk then any other earthly material. Allowing herself a day off Kaya had put a 'Closed for the Holiday' Sign on her store/home so she could go out tonight and enjoy herself.

As she was walking along alone and somewhat carefree of any stares or attention she might be bringing to herself being a 6'9" demoness of supernatural demonic beauty. As she walked along the path she turned her head for a second only to find she felt a bodily impact of under her chest. Being taller and of more muscel mass then most humans the body hitting her did make her have to take a step back to avoid going onto her ass and tail. "Mph..." Was the first word out of her mouth until she noticed the person she had bumped into. "Oh by the dark lord! Are you okay!? I am so sorry, I should have seen where I was going...!"

Still feeling the phantom contact upon her body Kaya blushed a deeper purple. It's been a while since she had full body contact with anyone and it was a very intimate moment and the phantom pressure on her brought up those memories, though she was glad the man in front of her seemed to be bowing slightly to her she was glad but then blushed for an entirely different reason. "No, it was my fault I wasn't looking where I was going."

Then she waved her hand in front of her as if to wave away a bad smell. "And please don't call me Miss, I'm way to young being only 19 to have that sort of thing happen now." She was after all only just graduated from high school. "If anything I'm more at fault seeing as how I'm a lot taller then people and have a greater need to watch out for others so I don't harm them just by being t tall." Her logic seemed sound to her but to others it might be taken as her being humble. Kaya just honestly didn't want to harm anyone.

"You must give me a chance to make it up to you seeing as I interrupted your night. Please I must insist." The insistence to some might seem like an invitation to let Kaya pay for a date but Kaya didn't really consciously consider that as she spoke. This was however going to cut into her spa funds but honestly she was doing well enough for a entrepreneur of a clothing store that missing one spa day due to lack of funds wasn't going to be to hard on her. As she waited for the man's response though she did notice his clothing looking him up and down. To her she was surprised to see another hoodie wearer on the island, it seemed to be very popular, and the fact that this one also didn't have anything other then jeans to wear. To Kaya's sense of fashion it was quite odd and she had tried to fix that where ever she had gone. But dragging this poor man into her shop just so she could give him a pair of proper pants to go with a black hoodie just didn't seem proper.

Kaya noticed he was trying to keep eye contact with her so she did oblige and keep her bright emerald green eye's on his, they did seem to be a rather pretty darker brown she noted. Though she did have a chuckle of her own as he spoke of growing into manners, she was from a demon lord's house and was forced to learn many of eons worth of edict and code for demons which she most assuredly forgotten most of in her time spending it here among humans where demon code was much less relied upon. She gave asort of giggle laugh at his joke about how everyone should we watching out for her and through her merriment she spoke up one last time about it. "Yeah but its much easier to just keep an eye out myself."

When he spoke about how he didn't want to interrupt her eve she shook her head slightly and gave a shrug, "Didn't have much in terms of plans for tonight actually." She said as she couldn't help but notice how lean this man was. "If anything I think I might insist that we get a burger. You look like little light on the muscle if I do say so. Not that it's a bad thing though, It just seems like most of you mortals seem to like to have more of them." She said the last bit of that with a small prodding smile ment to be more a jest then a harsh critique on his form. Though she was still blushing from the previous contact, he certainly wasn't unhealthily skinny, just lean.

Kaya's own body never left that graceful stage of just the right amount of muscle and body fat to make her look at the peak of mortal definitions of beauty physically. Though to most the Horns, Spade tipped tail and purple skin usually made those more religious types avoid her this man didn't seem to really care about that. It was at that moment that her stomach did growl a little, she had forgotten to eat dinner before her night's escapades. "Though I think I could go for a burger myself with how that sounded." Kaya said blushing at her obvious sign of demon weakness as she put a hand over her midsection where her stomach lay.

"Well then we make quite the pair don't we." With a short smile and then she gave another small laugh as this man ran with her little joke. Still blushing though Kaya also realized that they hadn't introduced themselves to each other yet. "Oh, I'm Kaya by the way. Own a small fashion store downtown and recent graduate of the high school program here on the island. Pleasure to meet you." She said holding out her hand to allow them to shake hands.

looking down the way for a second made it so Kaya didn't notice how the man just noticed her supernatural origins. Trying to think of where to go, since it was later at night then most resturaunts would be open but it also being a festival there was the possibility that it would that a certain diner she had come to enjoy, even with the bad memories accompanying the experience of being there.

Then he said that he would pay for the food which she mentally decided was part of the human term for chivalry. So deciding to let this human be chivalrous she nodded her accent to let him pay for her dinner. "I do think a good place to eat might be hard to find with the festival going on and everything but I think I might know a place." She took a step to her side as she walked by her companion for the night and used a hand to motion behind her to have him follow. Her stride confident and subconsciously sensual and rolling as her tail lazily flicked back and forth behind her. "The place I hope is open makes a really good Bacon Burger. I love going there, not big enough to be noticed by most but not small enough for me to say family owned. But again, they make some of the best food I can think of on the island that doesn't break the bank."

Giving one last friendly smile and before moving forward she turned her head to look at Malvoes. "Well even still Malvoes, it is still quite the treat to meet you." Though she did have a twinkle in her eye of mischeviousness as she picked up on the flirtatious aspect of his comment. Being a succubus it was one of those things that it just seemed to be inbred into her.

As they were walking Kaya did seem to keep her gaze on the other side of the street from where Malvoes was looking but still seemed to be noticing him with her lack of looking at him. Especially when she felt his gaze caress down her back to her hips as she had walked in front of him. When he got next to her again she did want to bring up another topic though. "So you said you're going to College, did you have a plan on what you'd be majoring in?"

"If anything if I went it would probably be in Clothing Design or something like that, but I feel the self taught method there is working better for me then any schooling." She made her comment off offhandedly but she was just trying to pull something up for some small talk. If that didn't work though she was hoping that she could get something with what she planned on next. "Though I would assume you would go into what powers you could use...I would ask what is your power but I've found a few people consider that quite personal so I understand if you don't want to talk about it."
