The small woman's mouth hung open slightly. Even though the possibility had crossed her mind, the idea that it was real, that this was reality, put a wobble in her step. "That's amazing! Did you mean to come, or was it an accident?" She was blunt-she liked knowing things, and didn't soften her words to a possible kidnap victim.

"My sister? Uh...well...to be honest. She's a little bit feral. She barely visits me mum and me anymore. It'd be hard to give her a letter telling her to get over here." Lulu grinned, a chagrined smile. "It would be a lot easier if she could come with me too. There looked to be plenty of forest on this island...so she would be fine here...I don't know." The girl knew she was rambling, and didn't know exactly where to take the conversation, letting it awkwardly die off.

"A moon? A moon on Saturn?! We colonize that far?! That's amazing!" A happy smile returned to her face. "I don't know how long in the future that'll be...but I'm happy it's on its way!"

Was it an accident? Aurum recalled then looking like he's poking the air once more for a video of his last incident in the future before he came here. The video played it. "Accidents imply that no one is at fault. I was tricked into leaving. I meant not to come, this is not where I belong."

Aurum did read up on Feral creatures a bit. He had a lot of time to study and his reading and his memory was second to none. As he rubbed his chin for a moment. "Feral meaning more animal yes? That means you and she both posses the same qualities? The forests are home to many endangered species that strive to survive. I mainly go to test my strength between some of them. I have yet to lose." He said with a bit of a grin. He hasn't lost a fight yet. Though there was that one time with the Mage Teacher. That was awkward. Some insults where thrown but Aurum knows how to deal with deceit.

He shook his head. Giving a bit of a scowl to Lulu. The man seemed to keep pace and walk as if he was still walking forward. He then sighed. Realizing that no one knew the horror that the future, maybe not this one, but others will have to endure.

"Yes. We have colonized galaxies even. When Holy Te- I mean Earth. Got far to populated we looked skywards for the true path. We took Colonies, created great structures. The rest.. I will keep for another time. I do not wish to bore you with frivolous details of my own past. Well future."

"Oh. I'm sorry." He hadn't sounded overly upset about it-he stated those facts like they were the time of day. Lulu decided not to dwell on them-no matter where someone might belong, they were where they are now. "Yes, she's a lot more animalistic than me. Aulalie takes a lot after our dad." She tugged her hat off, with the hand not in charge of her luggage, revealing the horns and ears of her kind. v"Uhm....ya. He was a natural spirit so...we got stuck like this." A blush crossed her cheeks, below her freckles. Lulu didn't used to get embarrassed about this, so why now? Perhaps because her abnormality was so mundane in comparison to everything else she had seen so far. "Don't fight me please-you already win." She grinned up at Aurum. "As deerfolk, I don't exactly fight well." She flexed an arm, just to show how tiny it was, even when hidden inside a sweater.

Despite his words, there was a melancholy in his voice, at odds with the wonders he said the future would hold. Lulu grimaced, and assumed human greed and selfishness got in the way of true cosmic freedom for many, many centuries. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to make you miss your home. Besides, learning too much about our future could be bad for me! I don't want to prematurely make things worse, trying to stop or encourage the wrong people."

"How much farther is it to the school?"
She panted slightly, her arm getting tired silently.

"You need not apologize. Maybe sometime I can regale the tale of Orias V" He said. Months seemed like days to him Aurum did not sleep most of time. He worked, he studied, he was working on trying to find a way to make sure his gear worked in this world. Some things would need to be switched out, though the premise may remain the same.

"This.. Aulalie. Is your sister? Your father was an animal?" He said, then stopping and kneeling down to get a better look at the horns and ears. He smiled gentle as he spoke. "The suit you quite well. Though I can now see that your father must have been a spirit in which you spoke. Quite impressive." He said as he then gave some thought into spiritual fighting. Using his mind instead of his hands. Test his strength of his already Iron will. "This may seem what people these day would refer to as cheesy. I believe, but I use this strength to protect those who cannot protect themselves."

Aurum stood up and got a good chuckle out of her telling her not to fight and that she already won. He shook his head a bit and kept walking. "You need not worry. I only fight things larger than myself. Keeps me in shape." He said with a gesture of flexing his own muscles. Any more of what he was doing and the suit jacket would rip.

He rubbed his chin.

"Maybe, but I fear that may be a different future that has shaped. Maybe there is hope for this one. Maybe this was a different path that humans may walk. Or I will live long enough to see the events unfold myself." He tapped his Bionic eye for a moment and then looked at Lulu. He wanted to offer up to tell her what would happen or at least regale her with some tales of his past. Aurum only knew a few others in the school. Mainly teachers since they had to know they had a man who has the chance of destroying the school if something went wrong with his powers.

"Not far, just a few more moments." He said as they came up to a small hill that over looked the school. Looking at the school. The Academy. His home. He looked at Lulu. "Welcome to your new home Lulu." He said as he then began to soak in the view. It was a big place, though he wasn't a fan of the place. It needed to be a little more.. Gothic. Though he liked it either way since it was a place to stay.

Lulu mouthed the word "Orias V" but said nothing aloud. She was ridiculously out of her element with all of this-despite knowing that this place was home to her. "He wasn't an animal...though, animals were part of him too. He was...he..." She shrugged. "I'll be honest, I never knew him particularly well. My mother says he comes to her-those few times he does, as a man with spectacular antlers, huge, and majestic...but the rest of him was very much a man." She spoke this unflinchingly, and unashamed-despite the implications of what very much a man meant. Her free hand, hat in it's grasp gesturely tall and wide to describe the antlers.

"I think he can change forms though. Aulalie has met him more than me...though she doesn't talk about those moments much. I think she blames him for things...I don't know." Lulu shrugged. "I never saw him as much of anything, so I don't understand her angst about it." With a practiced movement, the hat was back on, covering the antlers. "Whether they suit me or not...for now at least, I'll try and keep them out of sight. While there may be more like me...I'd rather be patient, and just see what happens with others here. You strike me as trustworthy, and you've said what burdens you, so I feel alright telling you about my father." Despite the seemingly offhand, and flat way she spoke this, it was very genuine, and spoken like a fact.

"You didn't seem like a bully to me, so I figured it was something like that." A grin flashed across her face. "You should try fighting other things. Strength and size are there for sure, but a fast, small target is harder to hit, and can manuever around you easier. Not that I'm a fighter, but I imagine fighting all kinds is how you get truly strong...right?"

"That depends entirely on different ways of how time, and time travel could work. What you suggest is something of a Schrodinger's cat. Today, you decided to help me. At the same time, in a separate and parallel reality, you never saw me. So there are infinite streams and paths. Since you came from the future, that is one possiblity-you upset what happened in your time, by being here, changing the course of history, and creating a new world. Or, if you look at time as a non-linear entity, you being sent back here always happened, and because it happened, your history remains unchanged."

She blinked up at him, and laughed. "I might have read a little too much science fiction though. Whatever the situation on your method of time travel...I'm at least happy you did so. Either that, or I'd get lost on the way here. And maybe a parallel universe me did just that!"

Lulu was rambling on as they crossed the top of the hill, and she blinked. The school was huge! It seemed it must have been-the letter claimed there was a section for all ages of schooling, but this was ridiculous! She knew her mouth hung open unattractively but she couldn't help it. This..this was her new home. Very quickly though, the need to get settled in overtook her awe. "Wow...ok. Do you know where the administrative office is? If you can take me there, or point me to it...that would be perfect. I wonder where I'll live in here...where do you live? I imagine not in the dorms for the students. Hmm, I wonder if they are separated by gender, and age group? Maybe I will be in an all girl dorm! Er. I guess you wouldn't know anything about that." She laughed, red faced after her burst. "I'm a little bit excited is all."

She spoke that animals were what he was. Was her father able to change between different animals? Not just a deer? That was interesting in his eyes. Although, maybe getting into something like that wouldn't be Aurum's best idea. "Lucky you. I have no memory of my past before what stands before you. Parents, friends." He chuckled. Looking at Lulu for a moment to ensure she was still with him.

"Your sister is the closest thing you have in life. Though due to her Feral side, she may be a little more prone to acting on impulse. Since you are more cool and calm Lulu." She put the hat on as if she had done it hundred of times before. He raised an eyebrow in her general direction. "Take your time. I am still getting used to this place myself."

"I dare not harm an innocent creature. All with in the confines of the school I keep an eye on." He had made an oath at one point to protect the school from any encounter. He had a watchful eye on the school. Some of the security was his since he never sleeps unless it has been a month. "You do bring up a good point. Though the large one's are the more territorial ones. Easier to provoke if necessary. Though I never kill them."

She then spoke about that Aurum spoke of what burdened him. He looked back forward and then rubbed his chin. That wasn't what burdened him at all. He had still never gotten over the fact that his Comrades- no Brothers. Died for no real cause. Everyone who was under him. His responsibility.

Then she went on about streams of time. He did recall the history teacher telling the music teacher that it was a load of 'Fuck horse poppycock.' That time was a fate no one can stop. Much like a rock falling from the sky. "I had heard about something like that. Had not read much into it. Science Fiction as it is refereed to does not interest me."

He wasn't sure that the way he came was foreseen or totally random. Either way. It was nice not to think of war for once. Even if he could be torn away at any given moment.

He heard her stop and take in the sight that she saw. He smiled and chuckled a bit as he waited for her to either calm down or catch up as he took a few steps forward. He has seen the place hundreds of times, though the sight of it still got to him. He watched her grow beat red and laughed a bit. Though it was a more hearty chuckle as she was laughing a lot. "I shall take you to Administration. I must go there myself to see if my requisition order has arrived." He said as he then pointed at the tower. "I live with in the confines of that tower. The highest room is where I keep myself." It was just under the bell. Literally. Though it was a room designed for him and magically altered that only Aurum and a select few teachers as well as the headmistress can go in. "Dorms are separated by Education level, for up to college; Gender. Though there ARE Female and Male only floors as well as there are floors for those who like the co-ed. I know some about it." He pat a hand on her head and slowly moved his hand a bit. "So is almost everyone here. Your new life awaits.

He spoke as he took his hand away and began to walk down the pathway to the school with his hands in his pockets. Seeing if Lulu would follow suit. Should she have any questions. Aurum was one to give as much help as possible. He then rummaged through a pocket and pulled out a Lollipop and put it in his mouth as he spoke. "Any more questions in that noggin of yours?"

Lulu shrugged. "I had to be calm and cool. Part of me wonders if Aulalie grew up more impulsive to counteract me." She smiled-really not harboring dissatisfaction with her sister, just confused often at the choices she had made. Despite being so similar in rearing and even in abnormality, the girls were like polar opposites. "Anyways...I didn't think you would permanently harm someone-you strike me as the type who'd leave his rivals beaten, but let them have space to grow and use their loss to get better...only to test yourself on them later. If that makes sense." She laughed lightly, "I suppose that sounds like a character in a serial televison show. 'I'll get you next time, Gadget!'"

"Oh. I guess you don't really know the kinds of television shows we play now. I wonder if there are still televisions in the future...don't answer! I'm just thinking outloud!" She waved a hand in front of her-a clear no. "Requisition? What like...you ordered in a package or something?" Lulu blinked at him, taking in the information he gave. "So...you live like a princess in a lonely tower. Or a wizard in a tower alone to do his research." She chuckled at the thought of him in a childish costume in either get up. "I guess it's more peaceful up there. Though I prefer to be in the thick of things-I like observing people."

Lulu squinted her eyes as he patted her, flinching slightly. If the hat wasn't stopping most of his action, she'd have likely jumped back. "Questions? Um...A lot probably. Do other, non students live here? Or do most of them live in the city we came from?" She gestured behind them, as they moved quickly to the office.

She had to be cool and calm? Did sisters grow to be more counter productive? His 'brothers' always saw eye to eye in most situations to the point where they were so together on one idea that it was instinct. Regardless, what if her sister was the good one? Would the roles be reversed? He did like a challenge, and the best challenge was an enemy who kept coming back for more. "Indeed. Depending on the foe I will give them room to grow. Room to attempt on me later. Then destroy their hopes and dreams."

Once she began talking about a Television he raised his only eyebrow. He was a little bit confused as he looked at her. "What is a television?" He said curiously.

Yes, a package of some parts I require to make myself more comfortable. Specially made."

Then she had mentioned him either being a princess. Though checking his attire when he got here originally. No. Not even close. "More of a wizard. I keep a watchful eye on some of the school as well as read and try to learn all current events through books."

He nodded his head and pulled his hand away slowly. He shook his head. Realizing that he may have been doing something wrong. Just maybe. "Then, when ever you require assistance, go to the admin office, ask them to hail for me. Or, there is a door in the tower with my name engraved upon it. Just knock a few times."

How to describe television..."A TV is a box, using electronics and signals to create an image, and appropriate matching sounds. Like a book, but instead of using a lot of descriptions to set a scene, they can actually show the scene. Does that make sense to you? I don't really know much about electrical engineering, so I can't really describe more, but there are probably some televisions on the island I can show you..."

Lulu's head tilted in confusion, eyes drawn to his whizzing one. It was probably more stuff like that. She decided she didn't want to know, not yet. He didn't even crack a grin at her joke, so her voice was neutral again. "I see. You'd be better off with the internet, and a computer. Or some newspapers. Books are helpful, but they are several years behind usually."

"I will find you. Hopefully. I mean, a giant tower would be hard to miss, I imagine."
She grinned at him, before turning her gaze to the front, where the clear sign of Administration hung over the incoming door. "Well this is where we part. Thank you so much for helping me Aurum. I'd have not arrived here for a few days I imagine-getting distracted by everything before finding the right way without your aid." She bowed to him quick, before her eyes hit a second set of doors across from the office. "I think I'll be taking a quick stop in there before heading in. Good luck with your business in there; I'll come find you once I'm settled in the school!" Lulu waved, and tugged her luggage to the ladies room.
