Chloe thought about it for a second. It wasn't a matter of whether she'd accept, just logistics.

"Sure." She walked over to the entrance of the room and started taking her shirt off. "I'm usually more into the intense stuff, though. So I guess we could move on to that too." She hung the shirt on the door's outer handle and closed it: a warning for anyone outside, just in case. She hadn't been wearing anything under that shirt.

The pretenses were all gone now. Chloe was still nervous, and still a little bit disgusted with herself, but she had already committed. She was going to do weird, horrible things with the spider woman her dad had bound to her service.

"So... how do you want to do this, Arach?"

(screams) i wasn't sure how to skip over the weird and horrible things

It took a bit for Arach to be able to smother a squeal when Chloe had agreed and instead, just settled with a restrained smile behind her hands. She was about 98% sure she shouldn't be this giddy with this arrangement but she couldn't quite help it. There was an obvious grin on her face when Chloe turned back to her. "Follow my lead, doll."

Arach didn't keep track of the time since all her attention was between her and Chloe and all the 'weird, horrible things' they were up to. Arach liked to think of it as 'fun and exhilarating' though but it wasn't as if she knew exactly what Chloe thought about it to say so. By the end of it at least, she could say she was sated and could probably be content without needing to harass random people for a few more days. Probably.

"You okay, Chlo?" Arach spoke softly, draping a blanket over the girl's shoulders, lightly fussing over the stands of hair that strayed onto her pretty little face. Chloe was already released her from the webbing but Arach had to make sure she wasn't in a bad shape for a number of reasons.

It was over.

"I'm okay," she said. It had been satisfying, in its own weird way. She was still shaking, still coming down from the adrenaline rush. She sighed. "I'm going to need some help recovering though."

Naked except for the blanket now, Chloe looked around for her clothes. It had been Chloe's idea to be naked - she'd feel more vulnerable that way, she said. And she had been right. but even with the blanket she was a little cold. Her pants were in a bundle on the couch. She tried to pull herself to her feet, but her legs were shaky and wobbly, and she needed Arach's help getting up.

She started laughing. It was funny to her, how much this whole session had weakened her.
"I'm going to need hot chocolate," Chloe decided. "The kind with the truffle oil. And marshmallows." As she picked up her pants and started slipping into them, she looked up at Arach. "Could you, uh, go get that for me? And something for yourself, if you want it. I'll be in the home theater."

That's exactly where she would find Chloe. The home theater room had a huge plasma screen TV and several cushy black leather couches. Chloe would be curled up on one of the couches, mostly re-clothed, wrapped up in the blanket Arach had gotten for her earlier. "Come sit with me," she would tell Arach. The TV was showing something about steel being made at a factory. The volume was on low; Chloe could only sort of hear the narration.

"Anything you say, dearie." Arach smiled at Chloe, a rather tame smile compared to her usual, as she guided her back to where she'd left her clothes on the couch. She felt calm, or rather maybe contemplative? Even Arach couldn't really say for sure. She didn't say anything at all even as she helped Chloe get up to the couch and while she removed the web residue.

There was an amused look on her face once Chloe started laughing, "Something's suddenly funny?" she teased lightly as she moved behind the couch; she decided not to move far from her eyes just to make sure the girl would fall over while getting dressed. Which to her relief, didn't have to happen.

"Hot choco with truffle oil and marshmallows, coming right up," she sang as she made her way to the kitchen to prepare. It was only after when she was sure Chloe could stand upright on her own that she turned on her heel to leave for a moment. She followed to the home theather probably earlier than expected, two mugs of hot chocolate for each of them, to find Chloe already on the couch.

Arach chose to sit next to Chloe, offering the mug to her while she held her own. "Careful, it's still a little hot," she'd warn softy. Arach's eyes flickered to the TV once and immediately decided she was probably not going to be interested with it for a while. Arach seemed to settle into the leather couch for about a second or two, one leg folded up under her, before she spoke again, "Sure, you don't want anything else, doll?"

Once Arach was sitting next to her, Chloe scooted over and leaned against her.

"I just want to cuddle a little bit," Chloe said. "I'm still coming down from... all that." She blew on her cocoa a few times, then took a sip. It was just what she needed; she had been shivering. "Thanks for getting cocoa for me."

The narration about factories and steel droned on. It was exactly interesting enough for Chloe to pay attention to it, but not so interesting that she would mind thinking or talking about something else. Chloe sipped her chocolate a bit more and moved herself even closer to Arach.

"Arach? Do you think I'm turning into my father?" Her tone of voice suggested that she didn't entirely feel good about that prospect.

Arach didn't seem to mind Chloe leaning against her; if anything she seemed to welcome the gesture. "Nothing I can't do, sweetie," she replied before taking a sip from her own. Her attention was more on the movement of the liquid in her cup for a while, a little on the weight of Chloe pressed onto her side, leaving the narration merely a buzz in the background until either of them spoke again.

There wasn't really too many things in her mind at the moment, save for a few ponderings about what she could probably be doing some other time of the day. Chloe's voice brought her out of her thoughts once she'd dropped a question. She didn't miss how her tone sounded wary about the thought; if she would be honest, she would be too. Not that she had a problem with her father but she can only take so much.

Arach only smiled, a little off from her usual. It looked more sincere, if there was any word to match it with. "I wouldn't really say that," she said, leaning her head on Chloe's. "You're different; and and I do think there's some things about you that still sets you apart from most of our kind.

"Besides, I don't think you could ever be like him anyway."
There was a very slight teasing tone to her voice but she didn't laugh at all.

It was a little reassuring to hear that.

"It's just, I'm worried that I was taking advantage of you, just then. Using you for a weird kink thing." She snickered at herself. It seemed kind of silly when she thought about it more. "I know my dad's kinda been hinting that I could use you for stuff like that, but it seemed wrong to me. Like an abuse of power. I guess."

She shifted so she could look at Arach. "I wasn't taking advantage of you, was I?"

Arach had to stiffle bursting into cackles and settled with a scoff. Chloe was such a sweetheart she almost couldn't remember why she ever thought she didn't approve of this on the first day. "Doll, I've got the feeling I can discuss when I don't approve of things when it comes to you," Arach replied frankly. She honestly thought so; not that she didn't think speaking her mind would be the death of her when it came to the girl's father but she always thought there were worse fates than death when it came to insisting on what she wants with Mikhainon. She could say Chloe didn't hold enough power over her, but she could also say that Chloe was someone she could actually talk to.

She barely moved when Chloe shifted, only that she leaned a little further back into the backrest. "You haven't done anything of the sort, Chlo," she hummed, shifting her gaze blanky into the glow of the TV screen. "You worry so much; I actually think you're far from abusing power at that rate. I can't imagine you being anything like that."

Chloe started to get a little more cuddly with Arach, pulling into sort of a hug and nuzzling into her neck. They would sit like this for a little while.

"Do you actually like me at all?" Chloe would ask into Arach's neck. "Or do you just sort of, I dunno, act like it because you think it'll make me happy? My dad told me how he thinks the whole familiar-summoning thing is supposed to work, so I'm emotionally prepared for you to not like me at all. It's not like you asked for any of this, anyway."

Chloe wondered why she was always like this, after being tortured for fun. She was starting to regret doing this with Arach and showing her this side of herself.

Arach didn't really mind Chloe snuggling close; she welcomed the contact if anything, feeling a little comfortable with it herself. It wasn't always she could actually sit down like this and it was pretty darn okay if she did say so herself.

She was pensive for a moment, pondering the answer to Chloe's question. "Honestly speaking? I like you more than most other people so far," she answered after a moment. "It sucks for most demon familiars, mostly because their masters are abusive and ungrateful. Usually we don't catch a break. Don't even get so much as a thank you after all the dirt we do for them.

"I get that some people like being in authority but no one throws us a bone. Just, do this, do that. It's like it's already bad enough that people generalize demons for being this evil thing that's out to destroy mankind and then they give us that sort of shit--"

Arach seemed to catch herself midsentence, realizing she was starting to ramble off topic. She smiled at Chloe, muttering a quiet apology. "Point is, you don't give me a reason to dislike you. True, I'm still... bound." She sighed quietly, releasing the breath she didn't think she was actually holding. "I didn't like it at first admittedly but you didn't really make it any worse so, really, this is fine. It's... comfortable, you know?"
