A Clean Dorm

"Meep..."

Eek laughed with her. As she nuzzled against him, he tilted her head up with his finger under her chin and gently lowered his head. For a long moment their mouths were only a breath away.

"Shove me off the bed if you're not okay with this..." He murmured with a slight grin before his mouth fully decended upon hers.

"Pumpkin?"

"Oh yeah," he breathed. "You're my pumpkin now." He smiled back at her.

"I'm fine..."

"That's too bad." He hid a wicked grin at a thought that ran through his head, something he could add to his words but didn't.

"Great...now I'm a food."

Eek laughed and nodded with a grin before kissing her again. A moment later he looked into her eyes and blurted out, "I love you!"

"Huh?"

Eek shook his head. "Nevermind." He smiled.

"I love you too..."

Eek grinned and gave her one more quick kiss before he stood. Being that close to her was doing odd things to his heart and mind, and he needed some space for a moment.

Eek held out his hands to Nyax, offering to help her up.

"Alright."

Eek knew he had sounded weird but couldn't help it. He had decided not to tell her about the thoughts running through his head, and still didn't feel like telling her.

"Can we go get something to eat? I'm famished."
