"Well kissing my dream boy is... I wouldn't have thought that." He didn't think he was lucky enough to ever capture Scott. He was some mystery, some lost thing that he wasn't sure of. "I just supposed that I didn't make a good impression." Being as pushy as he had been, it was understandable. "You seemed, so unsure of it all." He chuckled and looked away, his mind wondering. "T-Though yeah- I hope we can again." People that were dating kissed, right? He followed Scott like a puppy dog, taking every turn that he did.

A teen trapped in a state of trying to figure out his own identity. Wearing so many masks and taking so many names did kind of put a damper on ones own self image. Manta Carlos kind of scared him in that way - he was constantly trying to figure out whether or not the face he woke up to was his own or the name he used was a real one or if it was just another facade.

"Truthfully I am still currently unsure of myself... I uh. Long term relationships were so unusual to me, and so this is too." Scott rubbed the back of his neck. It felt stupid to say but relationships, though he could master getting into them, he never mastered keeping them for very long. The student just happily trotted along with his companion.

Together they found the little playground, which was reasonably active given the time of the day. Scott tugged him towards the swings. No matter where he was for that lifetime, he was always fond of swings. "You wanna go?"

"I see." Auden didn't keep his eyes on him, more so contemplating what he should do next. "And.... Well.. Are you unsure of me, too? Of Us?" Auden didn't want Scott to be questioning himself or his decisions. They were his own to make, yes, but they still involved him. "It's okay if you don't want to date me anymore." Wasn't that always the case, that he had done something wrong? When he was presented with a swing, he nodded and moved so that he could sit. He let go of his hand though, hesitant after what he had said.

Scott did not answer his question. He was never quite sure about it now. He was not sure what was just said out of habit and what was said because he meant it - it had to be sounding genuine sometimes, for the sake of the story. Someone had told him, once upon a time, that the best con is the one you believe yourself. But nothing terrified him more than living his entire life as a con job.

The young man stood beside Auden for a moment before gently pushing him to get him swinging. Then again to get him higher. "I would still like to date you, Auden. Though I am unsure of everything, I still enjoy being with you." Scott told him, gently pushing him - enough to where he could stop easily but go higher if requested.

"Auden, you seem really unsure about the two of us. Do you still want to be dating?" He asked with a small frown.

He closed his eyes as he was pushed, swinging his legs in tune to his movements. "It's okay to be unsure. I'm... I just hope that I'm good enough for you." He paused. "Because I do want to date you- I really do." Auden had a feeling that Scott was going to make him really happy. "I have this pulling towards you, this sense of wanting whenever our eyes meet." He leaned his head back a bit as he kept his eyes closed. "Dating isn't some super simple thing, either." He was sure that Scott knew that though.

"Think you're selling yourself short there, Auden." Scott told him, gently pushing him on the swings to let him go higher. Being on the set had always relaxed him before, so since Auden looked so tense he figured it would be a good idea. Something about the childish antics always helped him relax - more people than he realized. Nothing like going back to ones childhood to relax, right? Where it all began.

The teenager just watched him as he spoke, a small smile on his lips. The other spoke so kindly about him despite how little time they did actually spend together. He shook his head with a small chuckle, "Maybe it's fate or something. But we're giving this a chance, so let's see where it takes us, okay? Life is not entirely easy, so we may as well figure it out as we go."

There was no guidebook to life, and especially not to romance. Genuine affection was foreign to the son of envy, so Auden would have to hold his hand through it. And hopefully even after he figured it all out. But it would take time - and it was time he was willing to spend.

He didn't mind being pushed, making sure to extend his legs properly so get the most out of the experience. "You're right." He looked back to him for a second, a wide grin escaping form the sides of his mouth. There was something soothing about his words- about the way that he was rocking him back and forth. "I don't know where life is going to take me... TO take us. We can't predict that as easily as we wish." His eyes closed as he let the breeze hit him. "But I agree- I want to see this work... To take a chance on my future and my life, for this."

Scott could not help but smile when he saw Auden just kind of relax in his presence. It was certainly a relief to see him be so happy and speak so easily.

At least right then, the two of them could just be comfortable with each other while they tried to figure all of this out. It was messy and stupid, but it was a good learning experience.

"I'm glad. We're taking this chance together." Smiled the demon, gently slowing him down to get a proper look at that grin that curved on Audens features. "So, what would you like to do or know for now, Auden? While we're taking this chance on each other."

He didn't want to ask too much. He didn't want to invade whatever Scott treasured. Auden really didn't know all that much about the man that he was now dating, even after all the little mishaps they had. "Everything." He said without a real hesitation. "Everything you are willing to tell me, that is. I'll do the same." He looked back as he was slowed and gave him a smile, patting his knees. "We have some time to get to know one another, right? TO make this work out."

"True." Scott admitted, moving over towards the swing beside him as his companion slowed down. He took a seat on the other swing, idly moving himself back and forth and watching him carefully.

He thought about what he was willing to share. "Demon of Envy. I think I'm fifteen, sixteen this coming November. My parents are technically still in Hell, doing their demon things... Don't really talk to them much." He hummed and leaned back, starting to swing himself.

"Iiiiiii.. Hm." Scott blew some hair out of his face. "I want to be a photography major, and I'm working on getting a job right now."
