Keegan's regular outfit is incredibly similar to her magical girl outfit. In her regular form, Keegan doesn't have the red armband, the bows in her hair or on her back, and does not have the same shoes. Her shoes in her regular outfit are simply white sneakers.
She's about 4'9", and is usually seen with a frown on her face, as well as a cigarette. She is very rarely seen without a cigarette honestly.
Personality Description:
Keegan is small, and angry about her predicament. She was cursed from a young age, and is tired of constantly having to explain her age, especially since she buys cigarettes on a regular basis. She doesn't particularly like being a magical girl, but it's her job and she'll accept it for now. Doesn't mean she isn't prone to finding herself incredibly annoyed with the children she's going to have to work with.
Keegan also has a bad habit of making electricity puns without noticing. Watt do you mean? Ohm my god, i did it again?

Curse of Ages:
When she was actually ten, one of Keegan's Cousins was a bit too obsessed with her. They said she was the most beautiful thing they had ever seen, and sold their soul for a wish, to keep her beautiful for as long as she lived. Sadly for Keegan, the curse was successful, and she ceased aging outwardly. Her body still ages, she just looks no different. It's quite annoying for her.
The only benefit she's found from this curse is that she can't scar, her skin will regenerate over cuts once they are healed.
Luckily for her, her relative was arrested shortly after he sold his soul, and is still rotting away in prison.
Magical Girl:
A few years ago, Keegan was asked if she wanted to change her life for the better. She responded yes, and she spun around to see that she was talking to a fairy. She started cursing as the Fairy sprinkled her with magic powder, turning her into a magical girl.
She was angry at first, but soon decided to just deal with it and go along with this madness. Doesn't mean she has to like it though.
When she transforms, she generally taps her foot to the sound of her transformation music, moving slightly form side to side while she moves her arms slightly, while transformation music begins to play from nowhere. It is the loosest possible definition of the word 'dance'.
Electric Boogaloo
Keegan has electric based powers for her magical girl semblance. She doesn't have any spells or anything with this, but she is immune to electrical damage while in her magical girl form, and in fact gains extra magical energy if struck with a charge in this form. She uses Tasers for her weapons in magical girl form, summoning them from Hammerspace. She will always have at least one of them on her as part of her transformation, but she tends to dual wield them.
She has two shotgun tasers, Two handgun tasers, two baton tasers, and two handheld tasers.
Shotguns are the strongest and use the most energy, while the handheld pair are the weakest and take up less. From a full charge, she can fire the shotguns about 45 times before she's drained, 120 shots with the pistols, she can keep the batons running for about 2 minutes each, and run the handheld tasers for 5 minutes in total before she runs out. Once she's out of energy, she's out until she rests for a few hours.
If she can link herself to an existing power source, like power lines, she can run indefinitely, and her powers will get stronger.
The Handguns do connect her to her foe, the wires almost unbreakable. Their initial burst of electricity lasts only a few seconds, but Keegan can send a second burst through the wires though. After the second burst is over, Keegan has to break the wires off before the gun will reload.
The tasers are all a blue color, same as her jacket, with bright yellow accents. They all also have a bow somewhere on them, generally near the end of the weapon.
Each weapon is powered by Keegans magical energy, and once she runs out she will be forced back to her normal form.
She can only have two weapons out at once, and has to dispel one before she summons another.

Keegan had a normal happy life for her first few years. She lived on Manta Carlos with her extended family, on a large estate of land. Then her cousin sold their soul to curse her, believing that she would fall in love with them as part of the deal. She didn't, and the cousin was soon jailed.
The rest of her life followed with her constantly having to explain why she looked so young, and she got angrier and angrier about it. It only got worse when she went to college, as people constantly mistook her for a lost child.
It got worse when she started smoking, to the point where she was arrested for underage smoking. The police did not believe her ID, and jailed her. She sued, and won the suit, and currently lives off her lawsuit money.
She became a magical girl shortly after this, as a fairy she didn't notice mistook her for a child and offered her a chance to make the world better place. She said yes, and only then she notice what she agreed to. Annoyed, she eventually decided to go along with it. She may not like being a magical girl, but it is her duty now.
