Personality Description: Violet is a very shy girl, but once she warms up to you she easily becomes your best friend. She tends to be in a very positive mood and very rarely actually frowns. She keeps her wits about her, meaning she never gets extremely giddy. She absolutely adores sweet foods and her favorite color is lavender. Oh, and one thing she absolutely cannot frickin' stand? Powers: Violet can use Telepathy to make up for her inability to actually speak out loud. Through Telepathy and increased use of her brain, she has also developed Telekenisis.
Through Telepathy, she can work her way into the mind of virtually anyone and communicate with them. This power is only used for communication, however vocal ranges are detectable and her screaming in your mind is the equivalent of her screaming in your ear, and might give you just a sliiiiight headache.
With Telekenesis, she can move various objects with her mind, and she can even go so far as to push, pull, and throw things with extreme force. This power is more for lazy Saturday afternoons and the occasional bickering between, uh, friends. The largest thing she is able to move well, would be roughly human sized.
Biography: It didn't take long to find out that mommy's little darling couldn't talk. When she still hadn't said her first word at 5 years old, they took her to the hospital. As it turned out, there was absolutely nothing wrong that they could see. Her voicebox and vocal cords were all fine, she just couldn't seem to be able to talk for whatever reason. However, a few years later, when her parents heard murmurs in their heads, they found that they did indeed have a way to communicate with their daughter. After finding out that she could talk with them in their minds, they began contemplating what to do. Once they got a letter in the mail from a place saying they would nurture and care for their child, they knew it was best for her, and decided to send her off to be with people that would fully understand her. Besides, it's not like they couldn't still talk, right?
