It was kind of funny with them all tangled up in the curtains but Kal didn't care. He didn't even care if the clerk was giving them the stink eye- which he no doubt was. Surely they weren't the first couple to be excited to be trying on fancy clothes?
Kal wasn't really sure how long the kiss had gone on. His sense of time had been pretty distorted by how amazing it had felt to be holding Cam so close. His eyes still shown with happiness and affection even as they separated a little bit- but not too far. "Playing dress up at your place, huh? I think we could have some fun with that," Kal winked and quietly nudged Cam out of the curtained area.
Cam didn't have to make flirty joke aloud. It was already floating in both of their minds- they were riding the same wave in the same direction. He didn't let the man get too far though before wrapping one arm back around his waist, with the other hand holding his new outfit.
"Our game of tag is never going to be over Cam," he chuckled and gave Cam a little squeeze as he led him over to the counter. Kal wouldn't dream of having Cam pay for this so he pulled out his card to pay. "I think my costume designer approves of this one so we'll take it. Enjoy your day, sir," he addressed the clerk and paid so they could leave. However he was looking at Cam when he said the 'sir' though. A variation on their inside joke that the clerk would never understand.
"Alright my damsel, should we try to fly?" he asked Cam as they approached the door to leave. With the cold outside Kal was a little concerned that his power might get sapped and he wouldn't be able to fly them all the way, but at least part of the way should be ok.
