Private Finished With Sleeves and Everything

There was a chill in the air, and because of that Cam had been feeling ghost pain in his missing leg all day. It was nothing serious, but enough to be a bit distracting. The teacher had called on Cam three times before he had awknowledged them and sprang up, knocking down his water bottle on the desk. The whole class, and Cam, had gotten a laugh out of that.
But despite the pain Cam wasn't down, not in the slightest. These days it was almost impossible to get him down. And the reason was none other than Kal. Just thinking about the guy brought a smile on Cam's face, and going to see him and help him pick a tux was making Cam basically skip.

Cam had been in his fox form since the academy but had shifted back when he got to the city. He turned some heads with his stylish red jacket and face, that was even more attractive with the happy smile Cam had on it.
Cam knew he was a bit late, he had the tendency to do so. But Kal probably wouldn't mind, since the reason Cam was late was good. He spotted the shop they were meant to meet in down the street and Cam lightly jogged the rest of the way, his excitement growing with each step.

Inside the shop Cam let out a small sigh at the warmth, and he looked for the person that could make it even warmer. Cam spotted him, his back towards him, and he smiled bit slyly and sneaked up on Kal. Cam hopped a bit and jumped on Kal's back, wrapping his arms around him.
"I'm just going to skip the guess who, naturally there is no way you wouldn't recognize me instantly."
Cam said with a snicker and enjoyed the warmth emanating from Kal with a happy sigh.

Cam trusted his strong handsome boyfriend wouldn't drop him so even when Kal stumbled around he didn't doubt it for a second. Cam just kept his arms around Kal and laughed along with him as he spoke and stumbled around some more.
"Oh please, do I seem like the jealous type? I wouldn't bother taking my leg off for something like that, I'd keep it on as I'd kick their ass."
Cam joked back and snickered as he squeezed Kal a bit, his happiness increasing with every moment he spent near the guy.

Cam hadn't exactly meant for Kal to give him a piggyback ride but as the guy reached back and gave Cam one anyway he just rolled with it, grinning all the while. The squeeze Kal gave him Cam answered with a slight tug on Kal's hair and a kiss on his cheek. Cam swung his legs slightly and set his chin on Kal's shoulder, his cheek against Kal's.
"My my, good sir, unable to keep those hands to yourself? Unsuitable for a gentleman."
Cam said with a snicker, he had noticed the older man by the counter so he said it quietly enough so only Kal heard it. Well, unless the old man had an enhanced hearing.

Cam chuckled at Kal's expression when the old man finally made his presence known, he looked so cute with a face like that. Cam had stopped making that face when he was 14, he was so used to these kinds of situations. Kal seemed to recover quickly enough though, and Cam laughed with him and gave him one more kiss on the cheek, not really caring about the man that was clearly annoyed with them. Cam could see it from his aura and expression.
"Good day. Yes, actually you can help us. Or well, help this guy. I'll be getting down now, Kal."
Cam said, patting Kal's head a bit, and with his assistance Cam would get down and straighten his jacket a bit before smiling at the man with a professional smile. This was his territory.

"Could you please show us where we can find slim fit suits, or modern fit if the cut doesn't quite fit? I was thinking charcoal or granite coloured, and peaked lapels. Side vents are optional."
Cam said this all in a knowing and confident tone and looking the man straight in the eye, he knew what he was talking about. And the man saw that too, since he simply nodded and started leading Cam and Kal towards the back of the store. Cam linked his arm with Kal's and flashed a grin at him.
"And that's how you do it."
He whispered and chuckled a bit, following the man. He lead the pair to a rack filled with suits that all would've looked the same to someone lacking Cam's level of knowledge. After assuring the man they didn't need any more help Cam turned to Kal with an excited smile, he was practically bouncing.
"Okay, let's start~ First of all, do you know anything at all about formal wear?"

Well, Cam had expected as much when Kal admitted he knew close to nothing about formal wear. It wasn't surprising since Cam rarely even saw Kal wearing sleeves. Although that meant Cam could look at his muscular arms all he wanted to he didn't complain.
"Dress up, that's my second favourite game~ And it's even better when I can play it with such a good model."
Cam said with a smile and happily received the kiss Kal gave him. Cam similarly went to put his jacket away, under it he just had a simple black shirt with a wide neckline. Cam spun around and rubbed his hands together like a plotting villain.
"And now begins the easiest part, looking for the right kind of suit. I need to warn you, but this might get ugly. You'll see a whole new side of me."
Cam said with a dramatic tone and he looked at Kal with serious eyes. Cam was mostly joking, but he also meant it. When Cam was shopping it was no joke, the perfectionist in him took control. Cam and his mother were known in all their city's clothing stores for being menaces.
"But I trust you'll still find it in yourself to stay by my side even when you see the monster I can become."
At this point Cam grinned a bit and went over to Kal.

After all the goofing aroud Cam finally dove into the racks, to Kal he said he could either stay and watch or go to a changing room to wait. Cam was aware of Kal's size, he had told him earlier, now it was just the matter of finding the right fit. Kal had a really nice athletic, muscular build and Cam wanted to accent that so slim fit would look amazing. But Cam didn't want Kal's movements to be too restricted so modern fit was a good compromise. Regular fit was out of the question. Cam hated those squareish, baggy suits.
Cam muttered all of this to himself in French as he browsed the racks. He picked up suits and put them back, silently commenting on individual small details on each. Finally Cam managed to find three nice options for Kal to try on. The first two were standard slim fit suits, one black and red suit and dark blue and white one. The third option was jacketless and only had two-layered vest and a dress shirt. In that option the sleeves could be rolled up and Cam already did it up to the elbows, so forearms were left bare.
Cam brought these options over to Kal with a slight bounce in his step, he was happy with these picks, though he was also testing to see Kal's reactions so he could know if he could go just a but further. Cam was adventurous when it came to clothing.
"Come on Ken, don't leave Barbie waiting and show me how they look~"
Cam joked and grinned as he handed the suits to Kal.

"You said it, not me. Now you have to bear every side of me."
Cam said and snickered, as Kal threw his arm around him. Cam grinned and brought his hand up to give his bicep a slight squeeze, like Kal had squeezed him earlier. Cam put his own arm around Kal as well, closing his eyes briefly and enjoying the closeness.
"And yes, second favourite. My third favourite is playing explorers, and my favourite is tag."
Cam said with a playful tone and hint of a sly smile.

What Kal said and the way he winked at Cam made him snort and as the guy turned around Cam gave him a light kick on the ass, more of a push than kick really.
"If you were plastic then I'd really want my money back. I wonder if they have a return policy of life-sized Ken dolls."
Cam joked back and snickered as well, as he waited for Kal to try on the suits. When Kal showed them to him Cam surprisingly didn't say anything, and listened to Kal's thoughts on them, snickering at the way he posed with every suit. Naturally Kal looked good on all of them, or maybe that was Cam's brain being completely smitten with Kal. But like Cam thought, sleeves just somehow didn't look good on Kal. So when he stepped out in the third option Cam's smile widened, Kal looked really good in it.

As Kal flexed in the third suit Cam stepped over and tugged on the collar a bit to straighten it. He also used the opportunity to reach up and give Kal a light, lingering kiss on the lips.
"Your modeling is perfect, and that's coming from a former professional model. Though I might be a bit biased."
Cam said and snickered a bit. The way Kal cast his hair back actually looked really nice, Cam almost wanted to take a picture. Well, maybe next time. And at the ball Cam would make Kal take enough pictures to last for several lifetimes, he was a slave to instagram like that.
It was like Kal read his mind, and Cam's smile widened even more. Kal basically surrendered himself to Cam's hands and all the power and options made Cam feel all giddy. He took Kal's face in his hands and pressed a firm kiss on both his cheeks and lips.
"I love you! I saw a great suit back there that I really want you to try, don't move!"
Cam said excitedly and with a wide grin, and spun around and speed walked over to a rack at the other end of the store. He hadn't even realized that the first part of that sentence could've been very significant, he was too excited to see how far Kal would really let him go.

While Cam was looking for the suit he had mentioned he slowly realized what exactly he had said and blushed heavily. Thankfully Kal wasn't there to see that and Cam could wallow in shame and embarrassment all he wanted. Those three words had just slipped, and Cam was probably making too big of a deal out of it. But Cam hadn't said "I love you" to anyone aside from his family and friends for years, the last boyfriend he had said it to was in 8th grade and that had been jokingly. Had he said it jokingly this time? Cam didn't know, maybe. Hopefully Kal took it like that. Or maybe Kal wouldn't freak out like an idiot like Cam was doing. Just brushing it off was a normal reaction, or at least Cam suspected it was.
Cam sighed and let his head sink and lean towards a suit rack. He was too much in his own head again. He shook it off and continued browsing the racks, looking for more...bold choices for Kal to try on.

It took only about 5 minutes for Cam to find three more options for Kal, all vest suits, and from the way back to the dressing rooms he picked up a black top hat that Cam planted on his own head to keep. It would go with all the outfits, thankfully.
Cam danced on over back to Kal, and snorted when he saw that Kal had really not moved like Cam had asked, still frozen in the position from before.
"Wow, how obedient. Good to know you can follow orders."
Cam said with a joking tone and stepped over to Kal, within reach of the arms that were still reaching for something. But before Kal could grab anything Cam took the top hat off his own head and set it on Kal's, snickering.
"I hope you're prepared, I'm just getting started~"
Cam said, holding up the suits he had picked out. The first one was red and black striped and bit punk-ish, the second one was more on the gothic side and the third one was bit of both plus had some victorian influence.
