zora modification to an active ability

Since her magic has come back full strength Zora's teleporting has increased somewhat too...

I'd like to change this part of the ability:

Zoraida can only move up to four times a day, and not back to back. She has to wait at least half an hour before she can shift again to another place.

with this:

Zoraida can teleport as needed but must wait 5 minutes between moves. Teleporting is not taxing usually but done more than 9 times in an hour will leave her magic depleted for the next 12 hours.
