Yuki lives on the seafront in his beach house, which is a prime example of modern luxury. It stands on a low cliff that is closed off from falling with a railing as well as short set of stairs that lead down to a sandy beach. There are TV screens in many rooms for the entertainent of those in the house, and an intercom system that can be used to listen in on other rooms (but not spy. It's obvious on the intercom's interface when it's being used.) The gate is electronic and can be opened from the intercom system. Images of the Lemperle Residence (by Jonathan Segal) are attached. Yuki's house is mostly the same, except for the details I add in the descriptions.

The pool has small lights on its bottom near the jets, and the walls can raise and turn opaque while the ceiling can close with a metal shutter to give privacy to those inside.
