After spending about an hour and half just staring at her
dress and the
mask that went with it Scirheah had finally gathered enough courage to actually put them on and get herself ready. She tied her hair up on a neat bun and put on the minimal amount of makeup, just some concealer and some lip gloss to make her lips all shiny and bit pink. Scirheah barely knew how to use makeup anyway and her hands were shaky and Scirheah didn't trust them. Thankfully she had put on the contacts before her hands had become all shaky. They still felt weird in her eyes, and it was strange to be able to see properly without her glasses on.
Scirheah was a nervous wreck. For the hundredth time she second guessed if she should go after all. I mean, Fang had c-co-conf-, said something pretty mind blowing and Scirheah couldn't help but feel like stuttering and blush every time she looked at him. Well, at least the mask hid her blush tonight, and Scirheah didn't exactly need to talk thanks to her phone.
Scirheah had avoided the subject of Fang con-, saying what he said, and it all felt so awkward, but despite that Scirheah wanted to go to this masquerade with him. Not just because she was curious to death about it, but because it was Fang. Scirheah knew she liked him too, but couldn't for the death of her say it. Well, not out loud, but she had written multiple poems about it. Which in itself was so embarrassing.
Scirheah almost jumped right out of her dress when she heard the knock on the door, was it already this late?! Scirheah shot up and stumbled a bit as she grabbed her small purse and speed walked to the door, almost tripping on the hem of her shirt. She was already wearing her mask as well, somehow it gave her courage.
Scirheah opened the door bit timidly and looked at Fang. She blinked once, and blushed under the mask. Fang looked really nice in his outfit, his mask was so beautiful and the suit he was wearing looked good on him. Scirheah felt under dressed and fidgeted a bit with the hem of her dress, looking down at Fang's feet. She couldn't think of any rhymes with which to speak, and her hands were still a bit shaky, so she just looked at Fang shyly and waved a bit, small smile on her face.
