You weren't supposed to see that

Mei looked at Cynthia, a sinking feeling in her gut as she said that's she'll have to be shut up for good. She listened to her offer, but honestly she didn't care for stuff like fame, money and power, she just wanted to live a normal life. Through she did want to live, and a man that powerful could easily make her disappear couldn't he? what to do? She didn't want to take anything that could be used against her, but she also wanted to walk away alive.

"I-I don't need anything, I got no one to enjoy wealth with and fame would be too pressure for little old me. I don't want to control the weak, I just want to live a normal life. I only wanted to go for a walk, I wasn't looking for trouble. I can just forget I saw anything, if you just let me go, a-and maybe be my friend...."

She paused, where did that come from? thinking about for a bit, if the offer was friendship that wouldn't backfire right? it would give her a strong ally and true friends keep secrets all the time right? Deep down, she also enjoyed being restrained and helpless... that's a secret she won't tell anyone.

Mei looked at her, a bit surprised at the reaction she got. "F-friendship is much more valuable then all that other stuff you're offering. Friend's don't tell on each other, they don't hurt each other either," she explained, as she knew this was something that benefited them both. She wouldn't be hurt and the other girl wouldn't have to worry about her telling.

"Sometimes, the best friendships start off on the wrong foot, b-but we can put this behind us. I think it'll be good for both of us, all you have to do is spare me and i'll be forever grateful. Life without friends is hard, I know that from experience. Together we could make a good team, I'm a mage a-and you got these shadow things, what do you say? will you be my friend?" she said.

She didn't know what she getting herself into, but deep down she knew that this was the point of no return. Friends with a killer? that seemed crazy but She had a good heart and maybe if she showed Cynthia the light, she could change her for the better.

Mei rubbed her wrist and ankles as they still hurt from the tightness of the tendrils and a small bruise was on her cheek from the hard smacks, she bruised easily. Slowly she etched her way forward, "Nice to meet you Cynthia," she said as if being tied up and in a dangerous situation was nice... it sort of was.

She hugged Cynthia as her first act as friendship, wrapping both arms around the girl. "I'm the zombie kitty extraordinaire, Meiakki Chiyoku, but you can call me Mei," she said giving a proper introduction.

Mei's eyes widen as she realized something, she didn't realize when she was fearing for her life. Prior to being captured, she was in kitten form, the one down side to that was her clothes didn't change with her. She just now realized she had been wearing nothing this entire time. "Ummm," she said embarrassed as she covered herself up and blushed hard, before turning back into a kitten and looking up at Cynthia.

"D-do you live at the academy? we could walk back together nya," she said with a smile. "A-after i get some clothes, we could go and get some food or something," she said as that sounded like a good thing to do, friends ate together all the time and it would be nice to get some food.

"That sounds great, h-hope you don't mind, i have one room mate. I hope the three of us can all be friends. The room is certainly big enough for the three of us." she said as she was excited to have her new friend be her room mate but she did have her room mate, Quinn as well. "We would love to have you join us," she said as she knew her room mate wouldn't mind.
