Kylar Defan didn't feel a whole hell of a lot when it came to emotions or sentimental attachment. That could make life a damn dull thing. One of the only silver linings for him was the hunt. It didn't matter who the prey was, him or someone else. Predators, running free, and hunting. These were things he could feel -- understand in any meaningful way.
He hadn't looked much at Pandora, even after he tore her leg off during the corn maze. It wasn't that she didn't seem fun, she was definitely a predator of his kind, but she was also too close to home. She knew him as Kylar and Malara knew he was the one her ripped her leg off. If an investigation came from anything, he would be a prime suspect. That just wouldn't do.
Now, that wasn't to say the two of them couldn't have a little fun. She wanted to play? He was up for a game.
Kylar dressed to impress in casual, formal attire. He didn't bother much with his hair or any form of cologne before he headed out to Pandora's place. He planned on getting into her house, knowing even that she likely had children there. His chances of meeting them were slim, they should have all been in school right now. A college schedule gave Kylar more free time than the average student.
He tried the door first because despite that it seemed entirely illogical for anyone to leave their door unlocked, people still did so. When it opened without a hitch, he rose an eyebrow, expecting some form of trap. He paid close attention to his nose and walked with the stealth of a beast on the hunt. So far, so good.
When nothing jumped out at him, Kylar searched the house, peeking into each room to see if anyone was home. He made no sound, not even as he walked around.

Pandora's apartment
There were few points in Pandora's day that was quiet and peaceful. right now was one of those times. The girls were at school, and wouldn't be back for several more hours. This had become Pandora's relax time. Often she would hang from her ceiling and sleep, or catch up on her reading. Today however her relaxing time was to be interrupted.
From her vantage point, she had heard the sound of her front door opening. It was too early for the girls to be home, and even if they had come home, they usually came through a window. Malara usually announced her presence as she entered, as did Chloe, so the fact that she had heard nothing else after the door itself peaked her interest. Someone was sneaking around.
Pandora had only been wearing a skirt, given that there were no children around, she saw little use in wearing a shirt. She wasn't one for shyness or modesty. If someone had broken into her house she would make sure to give them an eye full before she cut out their eyes. However, this was no normal intruder, as she would soon learn. As she waited suspended from her silks, Kylar, the beast that had torn off one of her legs in the corn maze wandered into the main living area.
She had wanted to get a chance alone with him since then, even going so far as to send him a valentine. His actions had led to her death in that godforsaken maze. The blood loss she had sustained was enough to allow her to succumb to a horde of Zombies. The creatures had torn her apart and feasted on her soft bits. It had been agony. She had wanted to pay him back, to make an impression on him, but he had been mostly elusive. But now he was here, here in her living room, and dressed rather neatly for a breaking and entering. Perhaps he had more on his mind than just petty felonies.
"Well, well, well. Out of all the people I imagined would walk through my front door, You were the last I would have guessed." She purred as she lowered herself on a thin thread to the ground. She touched down neatly on the floor and stood up with a sultry grin. "It's been a while."

Kylar had smelled Pandora before he saw her, but that wasn't a surprise. This was her home, he could smell all of her spiderlings too. He rolled his eyes, pleasant enough, at her having been relaxing on the ceiling. Spiders.
He put his hands on his hips and grinned at her in response. "I got hungry," he jested before craning his neck to look around the home. He took his time to inspect it. "I just wanted to come by and see an old friend. Kids not home?"
Kylar stalked from one side of the main room to the other, always keeping Pandora at the peripheral of his vision. She was pretty, he had noticed that the first time he'd ever seen her, but Kylar was hardly attracted. He just wasn't wired that way.
He recalled how sweet her blood had tasted on his tongue, his first real hunt. She would always have a place in his twisted heart as that. The way she'd struggled away or screamed out in pain. Cat be damned, she had nothing to do with it. Pandora was more alluring when on the ground in her own pile of red and insides.
"I wonder, has motherhood dulled your predatory appetite?"

Well, he was bold and smooth, and surprisingly charismatic for a beast. But she hadn't been surprised by this. He would have needed to have been more than meets the eye to have gotten the drop on her so easily before. Here in the now, with no distractions she was tempted to test him for real, see just how much more he really could be.
"Hungry? That is such a shame. I would have thought such a clever hunter might never go hungry." She teased as she skittered up to Kylar, and placed a hand on his shoulder. Slowly she began to move around him, tracing her fingertips over his shoulders and back as she did so until she had made a full circle around him. "Though I am flattered you would think of me in your time of need." She had a feeling he wasn't so much hungry in the traditional sense, and perhaps there was something else he may have wanted from her. His statement of wanting to see an old friend would confirm her suspicion.
[coor=red]"Well Now. I didn't think you saw me as a friend, considering our last meeting. In truth, I wasn't entirely sure you remembered who I was."[/color] She seemed to purr as she spoke, her excitement was growing by the second, as she looked over the man who had damned her to death. "I take it you got my Valentine then?"
His question in regards to her predatory appetite caused her to chuckle. Naturally, she had been forced to adopt a more socially acceptable lifestyle for the sake of her children but it had not caused her instincts or appetite to decline in the slightest. In fact, quite the opposite was true. She had become an even greater predator since, simply because she was now forced to operate with complete discretion. she had to hide, and sneak, and prevent anyone from finding out. She was sharper now, more so that she had ever been. "oh you need not worry about my... Appetites. I assure you I am just as hungry as I have ever been." Her voice had become sultry and smooth now, almost as if she were trying to tease him.
her finger traced neatly down his front as a wicked grin crossed her lips. "I can't say I've been able to get you out of my head."

"A silly assumption," Kylar responded, still surprisingly casual as Pandora closed the distance between them and ran her finger over his shoulders and back. While he didn't completely turn his head to follow her path, it was clear he was keeping her in his line of sight by the way he tilted his head.
Kylar only hummed and smiled when she commented on his thinking of her. Interesting spider. If Kylar had any reason for keeping her around, it was because of that. A fascinating predator. Kylar didn't feel respect or any softness over that, but it was entertaining.
He giggled, too bubbly, too blissful for this situation. Between sexual tension and regular tension. To fuck or eat. "Oh, of course," he sung-sang, "It's not often I get to rip someone's leg off so openly and not go to jail for it. You'll always have a place in my heart for that if nothing else."
He paused, letting his eyes trail her body with no subtlety. "I did, yes. I dare even say that's why I'm here. What I'm debating is what exactly I'm going to do about it."
Kylar took her hand and lifted it to kiss her knuckles, brushing his teeth against them as he did so. While it could have appeared to be a romantic action to most outsiders, there was a wickedness in his eyes that made clear to Pandora he was still considering simply eating her.
"You're in luck, elska, that I do not find spider particularly appetizing."
Kylar reached out to run his knuckles gently over her jaw and along her neck, eyes dilated. His skin felt like it was crawling, his teeth were sharpening, both clear signs of a possibly oncoming change. Like a good stretch, he wanted to give in.
