Personality Description:
Xavier comes off as slick, sarcastic, and annoyed. He feels as if is his life is just going to be controlled anyways so why give people the satisfaction of his enjoyment. Being a hell-hound doesn’t come easy. To him it just seems like rule after rule put on his head. Being a hell-hound means that he is almost forced to follow the orders of any demon, but that doesn’t mean he won’t trick them out of their own requests often forcing them to regret it. Having a hell-hound around can be very useful for a Demon, but Xavier doesn’t like to play their games. The one thing Xavier does enjoy though is being in his hell hound form but that didn’t mean his body ever willing listened to him. No one had ever asked him a clean request and he always ends up having to do something he regrets. He wishes to one day follow the orders of someone worth his time that he could be loyal to.
Powers:
Hell fire: This fire is run on burning souls. It can only burn one object or being at a time but the flame is long lasting and extremely hard to put out. Normal water will not work on it nor mortal object either, but magic and many other powers will. Xavier's hell hound eye's work the flames by letting the burning souls pass through them to the intended target. How fast it happens depends on the user and Xavier has been very well trained in it. The fire only burns the thing that was intended to burn and will not spread to anything else.
Weaknesses: Hell fire can’t work on angels. Even hybrid angels won’t feel the burn and it will be quickly put out. Angels also happen to be one of the key ways to stop the fire from burning. Xavier can only use the fire one or two times every 24 hours until it recharges usually with sleep or with long periods of time. Covering Xavier's eyes can usually stop the link from the burning souls and his eyes causing the flames to stop as well. Finally, It can only be used in his hell-hound form.
Enhanced strength: despite being extremely muscled in his Hell-hound form Xavier does have extreme enhanced strength. Almost like breaking through cement walls is as easy as breaking a pencil in half for a normal person. Often his first form of fighting style would be just brute force.
Weaknesses: Again, this power only comes when he is in hell-hound form. It takes a lot of energy to maintain the strength needed so often when he’s back in human form he’s exhausted and can barely make himself move again.
Species Abilities:
Hell-hound shifting: The ability to shift into a hell-hound. It is also the only way to access his two powers otherwise is completely human with no abilities. The shift is quick and painful. His whole body contorts and Bones grow in his body often breaking skin to reach his goal as a hell hound. His wounds only heal when back in human form but it takes awhile for the wounds to completely heal. Often taking a week or more to completely heal from a shift. Although he can talk in his shifted form he usually only gives short one word answers because his shifted form puts weight on his throat making his voice deeper and harder to understand.
Rules:
1. Can only Shift into his hell-hound form for two reasons. A demon has commanded it of him to complete a task(or to just see him in his form) or he will also shift to protect someone of immediate danger.(extreme adrenaline)
2. His body and mind wills him to follow any order from a demon of any race, or position.
3. He also must listen to an order coming from anyone owning demon's blood in or out of the body. So even if they have a vial of it. It counts
4. Few things can void a command from a demon. If two demons tell him different things Xavier gets a choice of which to follow, If the demon who gave the command is now deceased, or if Xavier finds a loophole in what was asked of him. Choose your words carefully.
5. It does not matter what language is spoke whether its plain English or magic of some sort. Xavier's mind seems to understand the order.
6. He must obey the order until it is carried out or voided.
7. It must be spoken out loud with all of the rules and orders stated.
8. If he does not obey an order he loses his shifted hell-hound form.
Biography:
Xavier was bred into his pack of hell-hounds. Hell-hounds grow exceptionally fast and Xavier was no exception. He was a full-grown hound by the time he was 8 and had been put through training since he was 5. The demons worked all his pack to the brink in their young age. Being trained to work for demons and carry out their wishes. They were all kept in their hound form for as long as possible forced to follow order after order. The only rule being that they were not supposed to harm any demon. Of course, that rule wasn’t followed very often. Xavier was forced to kill other demons and creatures when he never wished to. When not being used, the hell-hounds were locked up in cells and thrown raw meat to eat. One day when Xavier was 15, a young demon sneaked into cells and accidentally let most of his pack escape. Xavier ran as fast as he could to escape the hell he was in. Xavier went on the run after that, as soon as he left what he assumed was hell his bond broke and Xavier turned back into a human. It was disorienting at first. It seemed he had no power to rely on anymore and had to live normally. He lived on The streets for awhile until an orphanage took him in. They taught him a lot about the world including getting him up to speed on education but when he was finally ready to join back into school some scouts approached him. They explained to him that they had traced his escape and was now going offer a scholarship to go to the island. Xavier accepted their offer warily. He wasn’t quite sure if he wanted to be around demons again but he was also tired of pretending to be something he wasn’t and he refused to become solely human. He needed demons to become who he truly was.
