I guess one is that this island fucking terrifies me. Try not to show it by just getting angry, but that only does so much. Does it bother no one that most people here are some kind of crazy ass monsters that act human?
I do agree. The island can be... much. I have children and I often worry about people taking advantage of them. One had someone mind control them into being quiet. And my wife got into a dangerous situation not too long ago that was no fault of hers.
I can't help but feel that, despite how out of place I am at home, my family would be safe there. Here, we both have to act in a way not natural to us and take on hazards as if they're no big deal.
