Well, in a way you are dissatisfied. Maybe not with them exactly. But it is possible you aren't getting what you need from your relationship as it stands, and if you are not happy, well, that overflows into everything else.
Perhaps, you could simply tell them that somehow? It's nothing to be ashamed of, at least in my opinion, to admit that you feel you need a woman in your life.
Besides you aren't adding another guy to the equation, it's a girl, and unless men suddenly sprout vaginas, have trouble finding bras that fit, and give to birth to children, then I'd say you are pretty justified in your desires.
