"That's it, now how about you give me a smile hon," she'd say, offering a smile of her own. "Me nice?" she'd giggle, "sometimes, I can be pretty moody too, but you seem really nice, so we can be friends."

"Ah yes the plant," looking back to the book she'd flip to the proper page, tapping her finger on the picture. "This one, it's for a potion in the class I'm in."

She'd smile and sniff the air. "So you know it? Wanna help me hunt it up?"

Sascha smiled back, blinking at Shiro's friendliness. He nodded and then gave a little laugh of his own at her moody comment. His witch had been five - he was familiar with moodiness. "You can still be nice then."

Even though Shiro had already shown him that plant, Sascha paid attention when she turned the pages, and he didn't mention it. Only nodding again. He'd recognize it when he saw it, but it was a plant that wasn't common in Germany, and he wasn't exactly sure where to find it beyond in the forest somewhere and on the ground.

"I know plants. It is how I help. One thing of how I help. Yes I will hunt a plant with you... You can smell them? " Telling plants apart by scent was not one of his skills other than the obvious ones.

"Sometimes, plant scents are kinda harder to pick up for me than say animal scents," she'd sniff the air. "Like right now I know there's squirrel nearby," she'd sniff the air, "luckily this plant has a pretty unique scent."

She'd smile, "alright then, let's do some hunting, you seem to know a lot and I have homework to complete." She'd close the book, sniffing the air and slowly walking in the direction of the plant scent.

"So, tell me a bit about yourself," she'd say with a smile. "You smell a little birdy, are you a bird shifter?"

Having nothing to add, Sascha just shrugged and followed Shiro. Her being able to smell the plant was probably more useful than anything he could do at the moment. He'd be able to help her identify it and make use of it once it was found. He still kept a lookout for it though, in case it was hidden among other plants.

Sascha didn't know how to respond to Shiro's question at first. He blinked over at her with a curious head tilt, taken aback by her wanting to know about him. Then he nodded slowly. "...I can be bird yes. I stayed a bird when I was... not here. Only talked to my witch..." He trailed off again, looking around. Then, realizing that he should maybe keep talking, he added. "Do you turn into cat?"
