Winter's sleep

The sky was overcast and a slight wind gave chill to the air, not helping with the snow covering the ground around the lake. It didnt hold any pieces of ice currently, though the tempurature was not pleasent for swimming. It was currently deserted. being late in the afternoon and probably most going in for food and warmth.

Only one figure could be seen, and you could tell very well they were unconcious. She layed at the edge of the lake, her legs still in the water somewhat. She wore a black dress that seemed ripped at the skirt and some of her arms. The dress was an off the shoulder, so it revealed pale skin that didnt look like it had just gotten into the snow. Hair was like ivory, and was rumpled all around and o her, hiding closed eyes and some of her body, like a curtain of wet hair.Some odd metal things layed over her ears, making one wonder what had happen to her. Chest rose and fell softly as she slept, oblivious to what went on around her.

The girl was easily moved, even by someone younger than herself. Her mind seemed to register she was moving and head shifted before eyes opened. Amber colored eyes looked upto see a boy, who didnt look that old near her. Sitting up she looked around herself, face holding a confused expression.

"Where am I and who are you?" She asked, not knowing where she was. Voice was soft, as if not often used.

She looked towards where he pointed and bit her lip, not knowing what she should do. Slowly she stood up and pulled on her hair, which the tips rested at her ankles, which meant some was wet. "If I go that way can someone help me?" She asked.

"Umm Im sorry to ask you since you do not know me, but could you help me find it. I dont know where I am really." She looked down before looking back at him.

She followed him, bare fet makng no sound as she walked. Her own thoughts were close to his, wondering why she was here and in fact where she was.
