<div align=center>William shrugged, "I guess so." He beamed at Gabe, shifted, and began to unzip his many layers, it became clear that he was wearing a hoodie and two jumpers underneath his coat, he kept the last one on, still the same tattered, olive sweater that looked like it had seen far better days. It looked even worse than it had last time if that was even possible, judging by the many holes in it, it probably didn't keep in the heat that well. He hung them all neatly on the back of his chair, and wrapped a hand around the china mug in front of him, taking another delicate sip before replacing it back on it's saucer.

William shrugged, "the sun burns me." He stated, "I just like the warmth." Gabe knew that, though, William's craving for constant warmth could be compared to a reptile, that was partly the reason he always snuck down to Gabe's dorm in the middle of the night, though it was mostly just an excuse to snuggle with him, as mentioned before. He gripped just a little tighter, moving his hand and weaving his fingers through Gabe's. "This is nice." He mumbled, looking away and shuffling his feet on the ground just a little. "It's nice to be with you." </div>

Gabe watched as Bill removed some of his layers, perhaps he was secretly hoping Bill'd remove even more but then again they were in public...it didn't stop him daydreaming about it though. "Hey, wait a minute querido, is that my hoodie?" He hadn't noticed it missing from his wardrobe but every so often William did tend to take things without asking. Not that Gabe minded.

"Even with suncream?" Gabe could see why, Bill's skin was as pasty as milk. Gabe was lucky, his skin was tolerant to the sun, he rarely ever got burnt, and if he did it was usually only a tiny bit, not noticeable or too sore. "That's unfortunate." He remarked.

Gabe nodded, "I'm having a really good time." He agreed. After all, there was nothing he enjoyed more than spending time with Bill. He smiled down at their hands, he thought it was cute when they interlocked fingers. It was like they became one.

<div align=center>William tensed up, and blushed hard. "Um... No, why would I steal your things? I'd never ever steal your things!" This all came out the boy's mouth very very quickly and all of a sudden William seemed completely unable to look Gabe in the face. Meaning he was lying and doing an awful job of it. He stole Gabe's things frequently, shirts and hoodies mostly, though occasionally underwear found it's way back to William's room as well, and never seemed to go back again. He liked to wear Gabe's clothes, they were warm and they smelled nice. They smelled like Gabe and that made him happy. "... I stole it."

Bill nodded, "even with sun cream." He frowned, though maybe that was because you were meant to reapply it all the time, William could never reach any of his body parts to reapply it to, and thus ended up getting burned there. He was just a little bit unlucky in all kinds of weather, really. In the winter he got sick and in the summer he got burned, Bill didn't take very good care of himself. It wasn't that he didn't care about himself, it was just that he didn't really know how to look after himself, or often, he merely forgot.</div>

Gabe laughed, he didn't even have to think twice about it, he could tell Bill was straight out lying. It was cute though, he wasn't lying about anything serious so it wasn't a big deal. "I know you're lying," Gabe singsonged, wanting to see the boy blush a little bit more. "Also, I've noticed some of my boxers go missing....I thought perhaps the washing machine ate them but now I'm thinking otherwise." He waggled his eyebrows.

"Yes, I know you did," Gabe smiled, "it's grand though, I don't mind!" He assured Bill, "I was only teasin'." He teased Bill often, but never anything nasty or personal, he knew Bill didn't like that kind of teasing.

"You mustn't be wearing a strong enough one," Gabe told him, concerned. Sun protection was often something people over looked, but skin damage was one of the most dangerous things, Gabe knew. "Next summer we're going to the drugstore and we're gonna get some that'll stop you getting burned."

<div align=center>William let out a squeak and clapped both hands over his mouth. There was no point lying about it, he had stolen a lot of things from Gabe, he hadn't really meant to, it had just sort of happened and William hadn't taken them back again. He tended to stay with Gabe on a whim or when he was already in his pyjamas, so he either wore Gabe's things to bed or if he had already been wearing his pyjamas, wear Gabe's things on the trip back to his dorm. They never made their way back to Gabe, and William frequently slept in them, or wore them like he had been the hoodie. ".. The washing machine didn't eat your underwear." He finally said, shrinking back just a little. "I stole them." It was a strange thing to steal he supposed, but half the time he didn't even mean to.

"I can never reach." William mumbled, his arms didn't bend that way. How was he supposed to do anything about it when he couldn't reach? Maybe he'd just stay inside this summer, he could always look out the window at the nice weather, wasn't that exactly the same? It was warm inside, he couldn't get burned inside either. William didn't see any downsides to this plan, and thought it was rather good.</div>

"No need to look so embarrassed," Gabe assured Bill. "Don't worry, I already knew you took my things," he laughed, "if I had a problem I'd have let you know." He wrinkled his nose a little, "you probably shouldn't take my underwear though, because um, just, you know," I fart a lot , he finished the sentence in his mind, not wanting to say that aloud in a public place.

"Well then I'll have to do it for you," Gabe replied, stretching his arms. "You can do my back and I'll do yours." He told Bill, that was always the area he had trouble doing.

<div align=center>Your jokes aren't funny. William returned flatly, mentally. There was a slightly irritated sort of look on his face, and his hands had gone back to his mug. Please refrain from ever making jokes. He picked his mug up and took a short sip from it. "You're not cute." He yawned, and ran a hand through his hair. He wondered if Gabe had realized that he'd been stuck in his head for the past half hour or so. Bill had got a lot better at focusing himself on one person, it didn't make him as tired anymore. It'd probably take a few hours before he started getting sleepy.

That was perhaps the one thing that bothered him about Gabe, his complete and utter lack of romance. It just wasn't there at all, and it irritated William to some extent. He made that well known though, he'd shuffled his chair a few inches back and was still scowling very slightly, though the emotion was so faint that it was almost difficult to tell. "I'm not giving any of your clothes back." He stated with a shrug, bringing his mug to his lips once more. It went back to the saucer with a quiet clink.</div>

"Oh," Gabe blinked innocently, "that wasn't a joke." He should have been embarrassed to admit that, but surely William had noticed? Besides, everyone needs to let it out sometimes. He shrugged, "if I actually made a joke you would laugh, I can be funny."

It was true, Gabe was hilarious, however his sense of humour was rather different to Bill's. It was much cruder and that was why Bill tended to not appreciate it. Gabe didn't make too many crude jokes around William though, he didn't really like it when the boy scolded him for them.

"I know," Gabe sighed, "I've been telling you I'm not cute all along but you didn't believe me." He raised his eyebrows, "however you, my darling, are the literal definition of the word cute." He let his hand lie lazily on the table, "give me any dictionary and I'll look up cute, it'll say Bill Beckett."

"What is it?" Gabe frowned a little, "why are you looking at me like that?" He didn't understand why the sudden change in Bill's demeanour had come about. "And none of them?" Gabe pouted, "my hoodie was expensive."

<div align=center>"I'm gonna rip your hands off when you're sleeping." William mumbled casually, swirling the coffee in his cup and staring blankly into the dark liquid. William scolded Gabe for more or less every joke he made, half of them simply weren't funny and the other half made William want to punch him square in the face. He yawned softly and laughed, "you're so annoying today." He stated lazily, "thanks for buying me coffee, though." He said with a shrug. Gabriel could go from adorable to stupid in five seconds flat, and William's mood made the journey down south with it. "You'd been so nice at the beginning, darn." He told him with a smile.

It wasn't clear if he was joking or not, it was always awfully difficult to tell with William. The smile that had punctuated the end of his sentence suggested maybe it had been, a mean one though. Gabe had successfully destroyed whatever romantic atmosphere had been there before though, that was probably what William was irritated about. He tipped his cup up and downed the rest of his coffee. He got the feeling this might have drawn what had been a nice little date at the beginning to a close.</div>

Gabe took it that William was joking, whether he was or not. He knew the boy was never usually violent, he was probably the most passive person you had ever met, so his threats were empty. But he did take the hint and decided to tone down his jokes for a while.
"Alright, I'm sorry," Gabe mumbled, his cheeks flushing a little, though it was unclear as to whether that was because of the heat in the room or his mild embarrassment.

"That's alright, I only wanted to make you happy," it was Gabe's turn to shrug. "I wasn't trying to be annoying," he sighed, lately it seemed like Bill's mood was always turning south. The slightest thing could set him off, and on Gabe's part it was usually accidental.
