Edward had been by the refreshments table again, and she now walked the short distance towards the boy clothed only in boxers. "I don't know." She muttered, looking him over seriously. "It actually seems he'd be cold in that." Her eyes trailed up to his face, and widened. "Aren't you cold?"

"Bed?! No way!" Caitlin said smiling. "Dinner or movie... Hmmm.... they both sound great. You pick."

Michelle couldn't hold it in anymore, She began to laugh. "I didn't mean it that way." She said, she didn't bother explaining it any further.

Milton finishes his punch. Could use some rum, he thinks sourly as he returns to the punch bowl to get himself another glass.

Lauren Devyn said:
"I love you." Lauren said, the words spilled out of her mouth before she could stop them , not that she wanted to anyway. She looked away, afraid of rejection. Maybe she shouldn't have said it.
As the words came from her lips, he stood still.

She loves me?

Quickly, yet gently, he pulled her body towards his and turned her head to face him.

"If what you say is true, then you have just made me the happiest man in the entire universe." he stated as he kissed her, a bit more forcefully than before, but much more passionately. ((funny word, isnt it?))

As he pulled apart he whispered something in her ear. "Because I love you too."

Lady Noliana said:
"Oh yeah, I am..." Cameron said hurriedly. "Usually I can't stand dances..."

He paused awkwardly. After all, there was nothing else to do. He went ahead and asked before he could change his mind.

"Would you...like to dance?"
For a split second, a blush raced across her cheeks but then she smiled and nodded. "I would love to." She then slowly stepped forward, out of her dark corner and did a low curtsy out of ancient habit, her hair forming a curtain around her face as her head dipped but quickly cleared once she stood up again.

Judas smiled, still dancing with her.
Suddenly, out of the corner of his eye, he could see a solemn figure, a young man, tall, with sandy-blonde hair.
His eyes widened, and his smile was gone.

Cameron took her hand awkwardly. Her dark hair looked even softer, like silk, up close. Ugh...what was he doing? Driving away the burning in his cheeks, he tried to make conversation as the music started up.

"I've never seen you before...How long have you been here?"

He tried to match her footsteps...he'd never really learned to dance.

She stepped forward and placed her free hand gently on his shoulder as the music began. "I only just arrived her some days ago. "She explained. "I don't think I've seen you around, though. Truth be told, I barely know a fraction of the people here." She admitted, dancing slowly to the music. She could tell he wasn't used to dancing, but she was impressed at how well he was doing. Actually, she found it better that he wasn't a good dancer because she didn't wan't to appear as a skilless fool.
