Simon chuckled, and took her hand in his, putting his other hand on her waist, he started dancing. He looked around the room at the other couple, then, looking back to her he said, 'I, personally, think we are the best looking couple here.' He chuckled and said, 'I'm so modest, I know. But really, this wouldn't be as fun if I wasn't here with you.'
A bit corny, but it works.

"Are you alone?" The words burst from Cam's lips; he really didn't know what he was saying. He just felt like he had to have someone to talk to...especially if that someone was a *really* pretty girl. She was pretty, in her own way. Ugh...this wasn't like him at all. It was just...someone to talk to, you know?

Her eyes widened, startled that someone had even noticed her. She blushed and averted her eyes, nodding. "Yeah, I didn't get a date in time but I thought I'd check it out anyways. I don't really know what I'm doing here..." she admitted. "And you? Are you here alone?" She doubted he was but she figured she'd check anyways.

He laughed too. 'Well fine. I won't shower you with cpmliments.' He continued to smile as they dance, glancing around the room. 'Quite a turn outl, but this can't e all of the students'

Skye walked into the large ballroom alone. She hadn't gotten a date in time, but that didn't discourage her from coming. She had on a pink and black dress that looked perfect on her. She looked around at the large amount of people. Wow! she thought. I honestly had no idea how many students there were at this school... She made her way to the edge of the room, and hoped that someone she knew(or anyone for that matter) would come and talk to her. She grabbed one of the snacks laid out and waited.

He winced, but kept smiling. 'No problem.' He changed the subject. 'So what do you want to do after the dance? We could get dinner in the city if you want. Or maybe a movie.' After a paused he said, 'Or you could just go to bed....'

Maria got up to get something to drink.If nobody is going to ask me to dance or anything, I am going to leave. I wonder where all of my old friends are? She decided that if nobody comes over to her in 10 minutes, she was going to leave.

Half naked in his blue and white checkered boxers, Aike walks in, white hair in shambles, black towel carelessly draped over his left shoudler, head downcast and red eyes half closed. His black and white sandles keep him walking through the door untill he accidently bumps into someone. "Ho hum..." He clears his throat, covering his mouth with the back of his right hand. "Sorr-" He looks up to who he bumped into and glances around the room sleepily. "Hey, um... where'd the shower go?" He pokes Nicole, who happened to be the one in his way. "Heeeey.... Michelle turned around to see what everyone was staring at. Michelle began to laugh, now that was original. To see a boy in his boxers and come to a dance like that. Michelle walked up to him, "That look is so hot." She said sarcastically to him.

"Oh yeah, I am..." Cameron said hurriedly. "Usually I can't stand dances..."

He paused awkwardly. After all, there was nothing else to do. He went ahead and asked before he could change his mind.

"Would you...like to dance?"
