Feeding -
Feeds by draining life through his hands. Requires hand to skin contact and leaves bright red handprints which do not fade. Can feed from any sentient being with blood, except demons/half-demons in demon form/angels/any degree of angelic blood/other holy beings. Takes roughly 15 minutes of sustained contact to kill a healthy human adult, longer for hardier people/powerful beings, less to kill someone already ill or dying. Feeding is painless to the victim, but weakens them and makes them drowsy and light-headed. Can cause heart attacks in a person with a weak heart. The wraith will have a death grip while feeding, but is still no stronger than an average human and could easily be pulled off. He is also completely vulnerable. Any interruption means he'd have to start again.
Even if the wraith doesn't kill his victims, they will still be tired and dizzy for a while afterwards, depending on how long he was draining them. The feeding also tends to lower people's immune systems for a few days after.
Doesn't need to kill when feeding, but mentally unable to stop once started unless pulled away. Even a minute of feeding is enough to count with regards to aging and fading away, and will reverse the effects of not feeding. But bulk of energy comes from victim's death and death is needed to stop psychological cravings for a time. An immortal's death will not stop cravings, a young/healthy person might lessen for a day or two.
The longer William goes without feeding, the quicker he ages. The first few days it might be a year a day, then longer and it's three or four years a day, and so on. He begins to lose substance after a week of no feeding until he'd eventually fade away after around a month. This is a physical fading, he'd still appear solid, but would be incorporeal before he faded completely. But his cravings also increase with time to the point where if he accidentally brushed against someone he'd start draining them. Draining is the only time he feels some sort of release.

Wraith Body - Undead. Immortal, ageless. Doesn't require air, food, or sleep. Regenerates almost instantly from physical harm and immune to poison/disease/ambient temperature. He can be harmed by magic specifically targeted to undead or demonic beings. He shares Maria's vulnerability to holy objects. He still feels pain, especially from fire, though he is not permanently damaged by it, and he is unable to pass out from pain.

His body is not flesh, but a solid ectoplasm-like substance that mimics it. Only weighs 25 lbs, so is easy to fight off, carry, or trap. He has no actual internal organs or blood, and cannot cry, sweat, or blush, but does still feel sensations. When experiencing intense anger/lust, skin becomes noticeably hot to touch, but not enough to burn.

Physically weak, about half the strength of an average human male. His feet don't quite touch the ground, but he cannot hover more than half an inch above it. He cannot hover over water either. He cannot move faster than a slow jog and could be blown over by a strong gust of wind.

He still wears the outfit he died in but can make it vanish/appear at will. He can wear normal clothes as long as he's still mostly there - ie for about two weeks of no feeding.
