Michael leaned against one of the walls in theballroom, staring at the ground. He held a letter in his hand from one of his old friends. Crushing the note in his hand he closed his eyes. I should have called. He thought angrily.
Tears blurred his vision as he opened the note again. And while he couldn't bring himself to read the words again, he remembered what it said. It was from an old friend of his from teh town where he used ot live. It told him that his other friend, the closest friend he had ever had. Had commited suicide the day before.
Dropping the note on the floor he walked blindly to the center of the room, his eyes flickered as he lifted them to look around teh room.
Both sides of himself were quiet as he slowly sunk to the floor.
