Chris sat alone in the wilderness.
What had he done wrong in life? Why couldn't he be as powerful as Judas? He was twice - no, three times - the man that Judas was.
But I'm a coward.
Chris comtemplated it and knew it was true. He avoided a direct confrontation with Judas in the hospital, and didn't have the courage to try and kill him after Judas killed Alex.
"Maybe I was just born to be a loser."

How ironic.
"Maybe. Is it a crime to be jealous considering you are easily the strongest guy I've ever met?"
Maybe Chris shouldn't have said that.
"You said I had an untapped reserve of power, but I can't find it. Even though I think my powers should let me wipe the floor with everyone, I'm the one left kissing the sidewalk. What am I doing wrong?"

"I can train you, if you'd like. What you don't understand is that it is your conscience, your morality, and your emotions that hold you back! Ironically, your despising me, is one of the reasons you cannot defeat me! I on the other hand, feel no hate for you whatsoever. I strike down my enemies in cold calculation, not passionate foolishness."

"Yes, that is part of it, your reckless emotion guides your actions. Why do you think I win so easily? Why do you think I beat that girl Ezmerelda so easily? Because I could read her moves, quite easily. She's joined me now, by the way, so that I can train her to be stronger."

"Who decides what being a human means? That's just a preconception you need to discard. Emotions weaken one to defeat. What is the soul if all you see is failure?"
