To say Caden was angry would be an understatement. He'd always had a quiet temper about him, but when he'd been turned into a vampire, he'd worked hard at controlling it better. An angry killing machine was the last thing people needed.He'd brought the girl, Jii, to the hospital and waited in the waiting room until all the tests had been done and he could visit her in her room. He pulled up a seat and sat near the bed she was in.
"You shouldn't be here for more than a day," he told her with the confidence of a doctor. By the casual manner, people treated him around here; it probably wasn't hard for her to piece together that he was either a volunteer or a doctor or some sort.
