His eyes widened a little by the sudden information dump. The enthusiasm from Faro was unexpected.

"Nice to meet you. Faro. No, I haven't heard of the Faren. I would tell you my species, but it's complicated. 'Alien' describes me best." Furry and anthropomorphic were also terms he heard, but the tone they were said in made him think twice about using them himself.

"And let me give a slight correction: I didn't come here intentionally, but you are right about the Veil being involved. I was told that during the island's move, this dimension bumped into mine, sending me to the island's forest."

FARO THE CURIOUS

Alien! How unique. Or, when Faro thought about it, he supposed it wasn't unique at all. Alien was just anything from outside Earth, wasn't it?

Faro pondered the implications.

"So are you from another dimension?" Faro asked, "or another planet?" Was he classed as an alien? The entire thing seemed rather curious to him, and the way that the island split things up... Were people from the islands considered aliens now that they were no longer from earth? Or was that a bit too much nuance?

Had Darzih said something interesting? Faro wore a thoughtful expression on his face after what he said. Several times people reacted in awe at Darzih being from space, and this may have been another one of those times.

"I'm from another dimension that also had planets. I would travel to different planets, but my main home was on a ship... Er, a spaceship, not those ocean ships."
