Zar smiled at her and when she draped her arm around his neck he took the liberty of fooling with her a bit and bent down scooping his hand under her knees and his other arm on her back.
Alright then, Lady Loo. Where shall we eat at? I saw on the bulletin board there are some good restaurants in a near by town. Would you like to go there? he asked and moved forward not giving her the time to jump down. He looked back at his statue for a moment and made a mental note to come back and get in once he got back, he would paint it the next day.

When he scooped her up, her first impulse was to hit him and run free. But she didn't, though she did tense up. Then she relaxed into him, wiggling herself to get more comfortable. "Sure. That sounds good." she pondered how to tell him not to read too much into her, but she wasn't sure how. She hoped that, if anything she'd be able to get to know him better, and he her, but she was more of a flirt than anything. She looked up at him with a smile on her face, "Shall I change, or is it a casual restaurant?" she cocked her head to the side, hair following the force of gravity, once again.

Zhariah shrugged.
Whatever you want. You'll look fine in anything. Besides I've never been there so I know as much as you. he said and walked out the door and down the hall his footsteps echoing slightly. He didn't say much as he walked. He was thinking.
Did he really WANT a relationship right now?
Did he NEED one?
Was this going to turn into one?
Then he came to a solution.
Friends.
Certainly! Friends, if it grew into something more it was meant to be, if not, then it wasn't. Purley platonic.
When he reached the door to the stairs he set her down on her feet, his hand between her shoulder blades to keep her from falling, even though he doubted she would. With his other hand he opened the door for her.
Ladies first. He said removing his hand and swooping it in front of him like a butler.

Loo shrugged. "I wouldn't go as far as to call myself a lady, but alright. I'll go with it." she walked through, and lept off the stairs, catching herself on the wall with one hand, then swinging herself so that she had two hands on the wall, holding herself up. She was about half way down the stairs, and she looked up at him, widening her already large seafoam green in a look of innocence. "Hurry up, slowpoke. What's taking you so long?" she cocked her head to side for a moment, then burst out laughing, still hanging on the wall, grinning.

Zhariah smiled and started down the stairs. After a moment he was running, and not very gracefully, He got to the first landing and fell flat on his face.
Well, that could have gone better... he said face still on the floor.
He let out a moan of mock pain to see if she would go for it. He enjoyed messing with people like this. When he was a kid he even made a little contracption like the fake arrow through the head deal to make his mom think he'd gotten a nail through his foot. She was...well...not very happy.

She watched him tumble, a small smirk on her face, though she quickly wiped it off. Then he uttered a fake groan, and she shimmied down the wall, landing on the landing nearly silently. She remained standing, and remarked, "Aww, shall I kiss it better, Babe?" she cocked her head to the side, hand on her hip, voice low, playing her accent for all it was worth. She'd beaten up enough people in her life time to know a fake groan when she heard one. Had it been a real groan of pain, she'd have made sure he was alright, but as it were, she'd have her own fun.

Zhariah knew she was acting as was he, might be fun.
He rolled over on his back and put his hand on his forehead.
Oh, the pain. It is unbearable. I don't think a single kiss would suffice. he said supresssing a laugh.
Oh...I think I see a light! he said and closed his eyes rolling his head to the side.
let's see what you have next.he said and a small grin spread across his "dead" lips.

Loo was the drama queen of the family, so not even a small smile cracked her lips. Instead, she dropped to her knees with a wail, shaking her hair forward to tickle his face. Then, she yelled at the top of her lungs, "DON'T GO TOWARDS THE LIGHT!" with which, she collapsed beside him with a solid thump, and lay there, completely uncomving, not even breathing visibly, though she really was breathing. She pondered if maybe the reason she knew he was faking was her empathy. It was very probable.

Zhariah heard her scream and then fall over and he sat up.
I'm alive? I'm ALIVE! IT'S A MIRACLE! then he looked down at her not moving
Oh thank you strange miracle worker! You have saved me! How can I ever repay you?! he asked and grabbed her arms softly pulling her up and hugging her to add to the effect.

About a billion different things ran through her mind of what she could say, most of which would probably make him blush, but she held her tongue, as he hugged her. "You can take me to dinner before my self control stops working." she replied simply to his question of repaying her, though she didn't bother to tell him exactly her self control was stopping her from doing. From what she'd seen, she definately wanted to get to know him better, but she wasn't sure that she wanted anything more that that until she knew him really well.

The next thought that entered her surprised her, and she quickly squelched it before it was even finished, but she knew where it was going. She removed herself from his hug, shivering suddenly. Her eyes flicked down the stairs, and she stared, as though she was looking for something.
