Zar chuckled, she looked like she was a four year old playing.
Trust me, I'm over 16. Try three years over. he said.
So, I assume you are also over 16. How many years over are you?
He moved to his elbow on his knee and placed his chin on his fist. A stray piece of hair fell into his face and he blew on it trying to get it to move, but it wouldn't so he just left it be.

She widened her eyes in mock innocence. "Why no! I'm 15!" she deadpanned, managing to look completely shocked for all of 30 seconds. Then she cracked a grin, resting her elbows on her knees, and placing her chin in her hands. "I'm two years over. But only just." she continued to grin, wiggling her unshoed toes contentedly. Even in the cold weather she refused to wear shoes for long periods of time.

She almost blew a strand of her own hair out of her face, but decided on a more useful approach, and instead used a hand to tuck it where it belonged. "So, what brought you to this place?" she asked, on alert for any sudden changes in his emotions that would tell her if she'd touched a uncomfortable subject, prepared to change the subject as quickly as possible.

Really? 18? And here I had you figured for 5. he said shaking his head in mock dissapointment.
He looked over at her and realized her approach to getting unwanted hair out of your face was more productice than his. Oh well.
I came here to do something fun. It's something I do very often, but I don't usually talk about it or show it to anyone. Although you've probably already noticed it over there on the table. he said motioning to the statue. There was no way to avoid it now so why try, he didn't mind that she'd asked. In fact if she wanted to see it he wouldn't mind. It would be if she started making fun of his art that he would mind. So Luthien, would you like to see why I cam up here?
He asked and looked over at his statue, it was drying quickly. He would need to paint it. In some ways it would be better looking if she wanted to see it now, and in some way it would be better if she were to see it when it was painted. Once again, to each his own.

She didn't even acknowledge his comment of 5 with a comback, simply grinning at him, and shrugging. Then he gestured over to his sculpture. "Yeah, I did notice it, but you seemed pretty uncomfortable with the fact that I walked in on you, so I thought it'd be better if I didn't say anything."

Then she nodded. "Yes, I would." having his permission now, to look at his art, she stood and crossed over to it, admiring the perfect artistry of it. "Wow..That's really amazing." she remarked, refraining from touching it, looking at it for a moment or two, taking it all in. Then she looked at him, a wide smile on her face. "Really, that's amazing. I've never been much of an artistic person, but that's breathtaking." she said honestly, nodding her head for emphasis.

Zar smiled, it wasn't often he was complimented on his art...well that's because he didn't often show it to anyone.
Thank you, I'm better at sketching though. I'll show you sometime. That's my mother, when she was a girl. It's her birthday persent this year, she must be getting tired of all this art work for gifts he said with a slight chuckle.
He got up and walked over to where Luthien was standing.
So, Luthien, what do you do for fun? he asked, he hoped that his standing near her didn't offend her or bother her. He was just glad to have someone to talk to, to befriend. It had been a long time since he had had a flesh and blood friend.

Loo had glanced back at his art when he had stood, and so when he spoke again, his voice almost completely in her ear, she jumped slightly, turning to look at him, smile still on her face. "I mostly climb walls, do hand stands, Hang out with my sister..." she paused, and laughed at herself. "Well, Don't I sound interesting.." she smiled again and shrugged. "Mostly I train, though."

Not that she minded him being near her, but he was a bit too close. She took a small, almost innoticable step backwards. "What about you? What do you do for fun?" she cocked her head to the side slightly, looking up at him.

Zar sensed her uncomfort and took a step back.
Interesting, yes, family oriented even more so, couple that with what seems like intense training and you've got a deadly combination. he said with a grin.
He cocked his head to the side in semi mock, semi well founded confusion.
I already showed you, he said motioning to the statue of his mother.
I'm pretty sure you don't want to see my other forms of entertainment. he said thinking back to the days when he used to run around the streets just looking for a fight.
But wall climbing huh? That sounds interesting. Like a dance, or like a deadly show of agility?

Loo grinned. "I figured there was more, but I'll just accept that you only entertain yourself with art." she shrugged, thankful that he'd taken a step back.

"But wall climbing huh? That sounds interesting. Like a dance, or like a deadly show of agility?"

She grinned again, a mischievious twinkle coming into her eyes. She lept at the wall, catching herself half way up, and climbing up it like a monkey. Then she jumped to the roof, her hair hanging down with gravity. Then, she quickly flipped so that she was facing down at him, still holding herself on the roof. "One or the other. You decide." she grinned again, having no trouble staying where she was above him, actually letting go with one hand to brush her hand behind her ears.

Zhariah looked up at her, glad she was wearing a top that covered her, and not one where he would be forced to blush.
What an amusing power. I bet that's tons of fun at parties. he said, and began growing uncomfortable with her up there, for some reason her upside down-ness was far too unusual for him. Though he was still awed by the performance.
Now, I believe that is enough fun for one night, how about coming on down from there? he said with a smile, not letting her onto his discomfort.

She grinned. He was very good at hiding his feelings. But not from an Empath. She knew he was uncomfortable with her position on the roof, and so let go, righting herself at the last moment, and landing on the floor in a crouched, catlike position. "I could have stayed up there for hours." she said, faking a pout until she stood, brushing her now unruly hair behind her ears.

She placed a hand on her hip, and surveying Zar for a moment. He was a good looking fellow, she could appreciate it. After all, she was a girl. She cut off her appraisal before it could make him uncomfortable. Then she broke into a grin. "So what's your story Zar?" she asked, her mouth closing into a smaller, almost gentle smile, just in case she had broached upon a tender subject.
