Welcoming the new girl

Tesa lifted her bags and stepped off of her boat looking over the island she was now on. The only thing that would have made this better was if her father had accompanied her to the island. She saw a lot of people and though they looked normal she knew most everyone here would have some sort of power or ability that they were hiding before they came here on the island.

As she was leaving the section of dock for unloading she noticed someone different, they were heading in the other direction. By most people standards he...she? They were actually quite handsome. Taking a couple steps towards them and cleared her throat. "Um excuse me...mam...sir...you. Could you help point me in the direction of the College?"

The man approached her when she called him so that was good. He was even offering to escort her to the school. "Oh thank Zeus for that. I haven't been much of anywhere outside of Olympus and Athens for most of my life." She hefted her bags once more to allow her to get a better grip on them. They were packed with her cloths and what ever small valuables and mementos she could fit in them from her Father.

"Oh, My name is Tesa Agapi by the way. And I do believe I don't know your name? But thank you so much for helping me, I've had...an...interesting life to be completely honest." She said that looking off into the distance in the rough direction of where Greece was. She knew her mother was watching her, even here she would probably never be truely able to get away from her influence, but it was as far away as she could get from the influence of the gods. Before turning back to the kind sir...madam...person who was helping her and gave them a smile.

"Well Aedan it is also a pleasure to meet you, I hope everyone here has at least a small portion of your generosity." She was still a little stunned by everything around her. It was different but a welcoming different, When he asked if she needed help with her bags she had to think about it for a second. Mainly for the fact that she honestly could lug these suitcases up the shear side of Olympus without much difficulty. But she did recognize that he was trying to be kind to her.

He even moved a little closer to her, sure there had been other boys and men that had flirted with her but she had brushed them aside, she knew their intentions and she had been avoiding such actions. However she was starting to genuinely like Aedan, even if they had just met. "Sure, but these are pretty heavy." She said as she handed the lighter of her two bags to him. Mostly full of her casual cloths and a few nick-knacks. Her more unmentionable stuff was in the heavier of the two. "Now do you go to the college as well? You said that you go to school here."

Not being able to help it she smiled back at him and was a little astonished by his eye's glowing a bit more then they had a second ago. She decided not to mention it to her. They continued to answer her question about if they went to College and she was surprised to hear that they were only in High School. "I'm rather surprised, you look like you should be in college yourself. Are you graduating this year?" she said genuinely curious for his answer.

They began walking though and he explained that the building was rather large and interconnected which allowed a lot of students to be at the school. And that he was willing to give her a tour...that sounded like it could mean something more but she looked past it, she was being nice to Tesa so she continued along. "Sure I'd love a tour once I get a room, I need to be able to know where I'm going to be taking class at and all but I don't want to have to lug around all of my belongings with me as well." She gave a soft light hearted giggle at her own joke.

"Well that's good to hear, hopefully I find my classes just as enjoyable." though she was a little surprised that even though she still had 2 years left of school Aedan had chosen to start interning at the police station. Though Tesa didn't have much time to ponder that as Aedan asked her a question.

"Oh, I'm going to be Majoring in Law with a Psychology Minor." When Aedan laughed at her joke Tesa smiled a bit, then he began to explain how rooms worked at the school. "Well I wouldn't mind a room mate so long as they were nice like you've been." Tesa blushed a little as she realized that might have been a terrible flirt to try on someone.
