Eroshay sat in the empty room, light peeking in from the window, it served to let a person see all the dust particles in the room. She wasn't much paying attention to her surroundings. She was hunched over a piece of paper, doodling. She'd have been writing, but she didn't have the mind for it right now. She was lost in her thoughts. She drew small, cute pictures of skulls with bows, wilting flowers, and shattering hearts, the normal little girl stuff.

Shay reached up and rubbed at one of her eyes, yawning. She wasn't directly tired, but she was in one of those weird numb and slow states. She hated feeling like that, out of her own body, unable to control herself. It was terrible. She glanced up at the window. She would have to leave to go "home" soon. No need to keep the house waiting. She usually stayed after school. At least then most people didn't bug her.

"Hey, whatcha drawing?" The voice was that of a young boy who was leaning over her shoulder. When the hell did he get there?! Did the door even open?!
"Why you all alone in here?"
The young boy asked as he quickly plucked the drawing up and walked in front of her, giving a twirl that revealed his swaying silver tails as he examined the doodles.
"Oooh... Edgy." He teased with a smile.
The boy was very traditionally dressed, which seemed to clash with his... frustrating personality.

Eroshay gasped as the boy appeared over her shoulder, stole her drawing, and bounced in front of her. Shay glowered at him, her cheeks reddening in frustration. He'd taken her drawings. Edgy he'd called them. "Those are mine." She jumped up, snatching at the picture to take it back. "Give that back!"

She breathed hard, trying to keep her temper down. "Who even are you?"

He twirled around her, keeping the drawing just a bit out of her reach before gaining a moderate distance and offering a formal bow.
"Kenta Kitsune, at your service." He answered before quickly standing upright again and returning to examining the picture.
"The skull with the bow is kinda... cute. But why is everything so dark?" He asked, looking to her. "Does someone need a hug?" The way he spoke, she would almost think that was a real question.

Shay huffed, unable to catch him. He was quick, and she decided right then and there, that she hated this boy. "Stop making fun of me!" She snarled as he asked if she needed a hug. She threw herself at him, swinging her fists wildly. "Give! Me! The! Paper!"

Finally, Shay had to double over, hands on her knees and catch her breath. She was near ready to cry in her frustration. "It's..." she huffed, not even bothering to try and explain.

Kenta swayed around her, laughing as he did so. He thought this was fun! She would get hits but few and none solid. He's gotten good at the dodging game.
When she doubled over, he looked at her for a moment, almost sad. Did he make her this upset this quickly? Its just a doodle... Kenta crouched in front of her, getting to her new level and holding the picture out to her.
"Hey... Don't cry, alright? The picture is ok, I wasn't gonna hurt it..."

"I am not crying!" Her entire face was red from exertion, from anger. "I'm mad! You're teasing me." She stood straight, wiping her forehead. She didn't grab her paper back. She wouldn't be pitied.

Kenta looked confused and let out a sigh. "If it takes so little to make you so mad, its almost not fun." With her refusal to take the picture, he decided to fold it up and slip it into his sleeve. He smiled at her. "You're kinda cute when you're mad though." He teased with a wink before turning to leave. People get mad all the time, so he no longer feels so bad. He would have his fun yet!

Shay's eyes widened. Even as her blush edged away, it was renewed by his odd..compliment? She was cute when angry? What a strange thing for him to say. Then she realized he was leaving and surmised he must have used the compliment by way of distraction. She jumped forward to try and catch his sleeve, glad to be wearing her gloves, as she normally did.

"Wait! You still have my picture!"

She touched the sleeve but it slipped just out of her hand. He turned his head and grinned at her before taking off out the door, yelling "Come catch me!" As he did. Shortly out the door, he would take a right down the stairwell and slide down the handrail on his feet as if he were wearing roller blades.
(Side note. Yes, feet. He's running around barefoot :P)
