Kiron smiled as he put his hand on the doorknob. "That may be so, but the Void is often a dangerous place for visitors. The magic it is known for, when it was first discovered, was thought to outright destroy magic it comes into contact with. But in time, our ancestors learned that it simply... in simple terms, absorbed it, and refused to release it, until the archipelago it was being researched on got absorbed itself, and the long exposure changed our ancestors into the first Void Dwellers, capable of making use of the Void's energies. For someone unacquainted to those energies, well, their magic is drained away.
"However, you need not worry here. These extradimensional rooms were created by a skilled Realm Master who made sure none of that happens to our patrons. If anything were to go wrong however, the necklaces will keep you safe. It also functions as a security measure, so people won't be able to sneak into the rooms."
He turned the knob and opened the door. Taking a few steps in, and holding the door for his guests, he motioned for them to enter and said, "That is enough lore for now, I think. Welcome to the Arcanum Range."
The door opened into an open field, however at first glance, it was clear that it wasn't a native area. The grass was a lavender color, and the sky was almost as dark as the abyss, with clouds of blue and purple idly floating by. There were trees dotted about, but their trunks were the color of ash, and the leaves ranging from lavender to blues, as well as luminescent greens. On one side, there was a structure that resembled an archery range, with target dummies on one end, while in another, there was a platform. Far from those was an area with tables of chairs, underneath a huge tree, with something small and sparkly floating among its leaves.
