Wanted: Tech Head Needs a Friend

Meet Damien Invasio.
He is many things: a truly gifted coder, a grieving son, a hardened, cynical man - but he is not much in the way of social interaction. Damien only thinks he needs to stay here until his machine is fully repaired, then he can leave this timeline and go back to where he thinks he's meant to be - the future where nothing goes wrong. He's started tinkering with his machine, trying to give it more juice somehow. To go back.

I need someone who can change his mind.

A friend, a partner, even a co-worker who shares his intense passion for tech and can tolerate his gruff manner could help him out, maybe tinker with Damien and his machine. However, someone who is partly or even fully robotic will also catch his attention, if mostly scientifically. Even better if they have a personality that drives him absolutely nuts. Finally, I need someone who can pull Damien out of the shell he's in and reintroduce him to a good world.

I have two characters who may fit these criteria. The first is Sasha. Android. Believes in justice. Has difficulty with emotions. The second one is SASS, a free roaming Viral AI. Much more emotional than Sasha, somewhat bratty, very self indulgent.

I can offer Sarah and/or Belladonna since Sarah is a cyborg herself who is pretty handy with tech. She made Belladonna (An android) and treats her more like a daughter. They're both in my sig if you're interested.

Oh, and, if you are interested, I have an alien android named Farea. Right now, I kind of want someone to find her and fix her up so she can start talking again.

Ah! I remember Vi interacting with Belladonna a while back in ICC . Sarah sounds like a cool character to play around with, especially since she's a cyborg too.

Also - about Farea. I'd love to have Damien interact with them - seems like an all-around fun time and he can fix her up - but that situation is super similar to Vi's predicament. Is Farea in need of a friend?

Yeah, Farea is in dire need of a friend. Since her arrival, she's been setting up a little home in the forbidden forest and had to deal with the local wildlife and their hostilities, though she has had some run-ins with other people, but unfortunately, she was damaged during her arrival, and she basically can't communicate, or even fathom the idea, hence the need for fixing. She could be offline from damage to make it easier to fix her because otherwise she'll feel threatened.

Oh HELL yeah. How does a thread with Vi sound, then? It could be about Vi finding Farea and befriending them, sympathizing with her predicament and taking her into town, where they meet up with Damien to have both of them fixed up for good? It can be one or two threads if you'd like~

Yeah, that sounds great! Though befriending them would have to come after being fixed because she wouldn't understand what Vi was doing. The easiest way would definitely be finding her broken down, or Vi shutting her down

Alright, that sounds good to me! It wouldn't be hard to find her, just find the portion of the forbidden forest that is overrun by red webs. Somewhere in the deepest part would be a dome made out of the red webs. But I can make the starter if you want
