WANTED: Plots for Mute Boy

My new mute boy, Mukuchi, is in need of plots. He is a mouthless mystery man with unclear origins, unknown species and a serious case of history and mystery fanboy-ism. He owns an antique and restoration shop History's Mysteries(now hiring shop assistants) and he also works part-time at the library. Mukuchi cannot speak for obvious reasons and relies a lot on sign language, but he also uses a lot of writing so knowing sign language isn't a must.

I don't have any specific needs for Mukuchi yet, for now I'm just looking for people he can connect with and for people that can be friends to this shy introvert of a man.

Chester is OBSESSED with historic antiques (particularily cursed or magicked ones) I think he would be definitely interested in a job like this.
He also loves reading, so probably would cross paths with Mukuchi quite often.

from what I read of Mukuchi it seems that the two have a ridiculous amount of things in common!

Chester is a shadow dragon. He can manipulate the shadows to extents. And he comes from a wealthy family so etiquette and manners are pretty important. He can see in the dark with his partially blind eye in human form or completely in dragon. He has a weak human constitution and struggles with it. And strains with sunlight.

Despite being a dragon, he has lived most of his life in human form and strongly denies his roots. So he is still pretty freaked out of this whole magical world thing. He also was pretty sheltered from living mostly cooped up.

He is pretty quiet, angsty, and introverted. Socially awkward. But I definitely think they could coexist comfortably together!! They have a lot in common!!!
