Private Finished Wandering wandering

Raella was bored. There's simply no doubt about it. After the longest slumber she's had in virtually her entire life, she sat atop her bed facing the dull wall before her, idly tapping her foot against the ground as her tail drew lazy circles in the air behind her. With a sharp exhale and a quick push off the bed, Raella finally settled on her next expedition: the arts wing. Being much more of a science student, she had never once stepped foot into what mysteries lay shrouded within the arts wing and today definitely seemed like a good day to find out.

Turning corner after corner, the little demon had finally arrived at her destination. She continued to stroll at a languid and leisurely pace, her shoulders sloped in a graceful gradient and her wings neatly tucked behind the arch of her back as she attempted to navigate her way the best she could. Letting out a quick sigh she spoke aloud, mostly to herself than anyone else given that the corridor she was strolling through was rather vacant to her knowledge.

"Man, I really thought this would be a little more exciting. I mean at least in chemistry you've got minor explosions but..." After a quick sweep of her fingers against the stale air in an exasperated gesture, she continued. "There aren't even any statues or paintings here!"

It seemed the hallways were not as empty as Raella initially thought. A fervent blush slowly spread throughout her cheeks as the slow realization dawned on her that someone had caught her talking to herself. "I... uh" She stammered out, in pitch much too high for her liking as she pivoted on her right foot to make a swift turn to face the other.

Instantly greeted by the sight of a young petite female who couldn't be past the age of 11, her initial embarrassment slowly but surely intensified. Tilting her chin ever so slightly downwards in order to establish proper eye contact, Raella let out a cough to steady herself and quickly slip into her usual composure. It seemed that the young child before her was a little reserved, even timid perhaps thus she hoped that her initial shock did not startle her. Willing her tone to come off smoothly and stabilizing her voice to it's usual collected pitch, she then addressed the girl once more.

"Ah, I'm not really in need of assistance as I was just wandering around this area out of boredom... Say, what's someone as young as you doing here? Are you an arts student?"
