Waking to a wall of darkness

Jessie was almost completely paralyzed by the look of blood. She didn't even notice the boy. "B-b-b-bloooood" she shivered, and then she started feeling lightheaded. She collapsed to her knees, still staring at the blood. Her eyes were wide open and her tears reflecting the blood started to shimmer.

Oh crap Leo said. He slid in the blood, while falling to his knees. He grabbed the girl.

Jessie got a huge fright from the boy and finally noticed him. She could now take her mind out of the blood and therefore felt relieved. She gasped for breath a lot and for the first time spoke. "What the hell is going on here?" She asked the boy.

Meanwhile, James started looking around and kept calling the same word over and over: "Hello."

Leo saw that the girl had got over her fright.
Long story short? School has been invaded, and we seem to be the only ones left. Leo said bluntly.

Chris peeked his out out of the corner.
"Oh crap..."
He quickly moved back.
"One of those things is out there...what do we do?"
Chris was panicking slightly.

Jessie panicked again. "Only... us?" she asked slowly, but she already knew he was telling the truth. "What happened to the rest of them?"

James couldn't help but overhear this conversation. "Well, at least someone is alive." He shouted. "Someone tell me what is going on."

God and some people think I'm slow... Leo thought but out loud he said.
By the looks of things, the school has been invaded, and almost everyone, who doesn't ahve their powers active while asleep, is dead...

Leo looked over at the girls. He felt realived that Ember was ok.
Sow down you lot. What happened? Leo asked.

"We did all our powers as one." Aelmyr said to the others and Leo.
"We tryed burning and fighting it." Ember continued.
"But it was no use.I't no wall but a dome!" Aelmyr and Ember said in unison.
"There maybe a way to escape....." Ember said looking at them sternly.
Aelmyr slammed her fist into her hand, "We need to use all of our powers ....maybe it'll weaken...."she said hopefully.
"Only if we stand together.I'm not sure whats on the other side will be very pleasent!" Ember warned.
"So..." Aelmyr said acalmly her eyes shifted, Who's in...."
