Vorian Deleros

Human Form: 5'6 tall, thin but athletuc build clearly trains a lot, longish dark bluish-black hair worn loosely, steel blue eyes, clothing is usually based around functionality rather than fasion, jeans, t-shirts, occasionally track pants and matching shirt, usually wears a pair of rough leather boots. It's hard to tack down his race, he looks as if he has aspects of many, making it easy for him to blend in.

Cat Form: Average sized house cat, black fur, steel blue eyes.

Jaguar Form: Stands at 2.5 feet at the shoulder, weights 210 pounds, is 6.4 feet long from nose to tail.

Vorian is a cat and likes to do cat things, he likes to nap and even hunts mice, but he's people too, and he's generally a good person. He doesn't think his wealthy makes him better than anyone, and generally you'd never guess that he was rich, you never see him buying himself huge amounts of things, though if you hang out with him enough you'll notice that he tends to pay for things like movie tickets, food and other such things when with friends. That said, he's kinda blunt and honest about a lot of things, he values honesty above most things and so will be completely honest with pretty much everything.

•Passive
•Cat's Eye: He can see through any magic that changes a way a person looks to see what they truly look like, and can sense when someone is using such things, it's automatic and he cannot shut it off This includes glamour and illusions but not natural shapeshifting.
•Enhanced Senses: Has cat level senses in both human and cat form, has the sees of the best hunting predator while a jaguar.
•Semi-Immortal: He'll stop aging in his twenties and generally can't die from natural causes. He can resurrect from death nine times, with his tenth death being permanent.

•Active:
•Human Form: Can make a cat tail and ears appear, as well as cat like claws and fangs, can lift two tons.
•Cat Form: He can shift into a cat, has all the expected abilities of a cat, claws and agility, he can speak in this form.
•Jaguar Form: He can shift into a black jaguar form. While in this form his claws can rend flesh easily and his jaws can break bone, can lift two tons, and can run thirty miles and hour. Can talk in this form.

•Weaknesses:
•Silver: Like many beings with lycanthrope he has a weakness to silver, it burns his skin easily and causes great pain.
•Full Moon: During a full moon he will be forced to shift into one of his two cat forms, it's a flip of the coin which one it'll be, either way he'll basically have the mentality of an animal until morning.
•Catnip: It's basically a drug to him, has an odd affect on him, causes minor hallucinations, and vertigo. He'd appear somewhat drunk and high to people who see him under its affects.

•Comes from a wealthy family, as such he always has money and is allowed to live in an apartment as long as he keeps his grades up.

•Vorian was born and raised into a family of wealthy were-cats, with his parents being professional criminals. They traveled a lot and so he was used to not living in any single location for long.
•This changed at the age of fifteen after an incident with magic hunters left his parents dead and him orphaned. With nowhere to go, he's sent to Manta Carlos.
•Despite his parents criminal activity being exposed he's done his best to fit in and build his own life.

•The cloth he wears as a scarf has a minor enchantment allowing to to change size when he shifts.
•Lives in an apartment given to him by his extended family.
