Appearance Description:
When in human form, Vivra is a normal baby girl. She has pale skin, much like many of her relatives, and fluffy black hair, with red eyes.
When in dragon form, she’s just a little bit bigger than a single handful. She could easily be held with one hand when she isn’t being an energetic bundle. She has fluffy black fur with red markings on her eyes, tips of her wings and a brown ring on her tail. She sharp claws, but doesn’t know how to use them. She just has two legs, and her front limbs are her wings. She is able to walk around on all fours, or glide. She has a beak like mouth.
Personality Description: Vivra’s personality is super prone to changing, due to her young age. Right now, she is hyper curious of everything and is pretty much fearless. She also is just a bundle of energy. She’s quite similar to a cat when it comes to affection, in that she pretends she doesn’t want it while begging you for it.
Active Abilities: Dragon/Wyvern Form - She is able to shift between her dragon/wyvern form and human form.
Passive Abilities: Heightened Senses - In both forms, Vivra has heightened senses. When in human form, she can get overwhelmed pretty easily and it hurts her.
Dragon Physiology - Vivra received the short end of the stick regarding some of her traits. Unlike many others in her family, she will live to around 35,000-45,000 years old. She has enhanced regeneration, meaning that if a limb is cut off in dragon form, she can grow it back in a matter of hours. When in human form, it could take some months. But, sufficient damage can kill her. (But why would you hurt a baby, you monster).
Predator Physiology - One good part that Vivra gained from her mother’s side is wyvern traits. Wyverns are 4 limbed beings, with two legs and two wings, unlike dragons being 6 limbed with four legs and two wings. Vivra’s wings are built in a way that they are also like front legs. This means she is unable to fly, but she is able to glide and to meanuver herself in the air with extreme efficiency. Currently, her claws are around the same sharpness as a kitten, and although her teeth are sharp, she only bites like a puppy right now. When fully grown, her claws will be sharper than knives, and she’ll be able to snap through a human’s arm with ease. Her predator physiology makes her similar to a big cat. She prowls, she’s adept at stealth, she’s a hunter.
Agile Build - Her hunter physiology actually makes her take damage a bit more from physical attacks. She doesn’t have as many scales as other dragons, and her body is designed to be agile rather than brutal. She still heals fast in dragon form, but she can be incapacitated easily. (But she’s a baby so why would you do that).
Weaknesses: Magic Weakness - Vivra has a natural weakness to magic type attacks.
Required Form Changing - Vivra, when older, will have to change into her dragon form at least once every 4 or so months for a period of time.

Resources: Lives with her mother and father, and the other Rukt'Ins, in a house. Is not a student and is unemployed because she is a baby.

Vivra was the result of her father, the oldest son in the Rukt’In clan, and her mother, a wyvern. Her mother and father’s relationship was frowned upon, especially seeing how her mother was not a dragon but was a wyvern instead. But the two were determined to stay together.
The result of this was Vivra. There was a lot of uncertainty during the wait before she hatched. She was a dragon/wyvern hybrid, and her mother was quite distant from the village so they had no idea what she would turn out as. When she finally did hatch, the village was in for a bit of a shock. She was very small, even for a baby dragon, only being around 3.6 inches long. The moment she started walking, she became a hyper-active little kitten, pretty much. She was unusual as a Rukt’In, and even unusual for her mother. No one really knew how to deal with her. She grew quite quickly, but is still not that big, being only around 7.4 inches long now.
When Fweiu and Sifa went to Manta Carlos, Vivra continued to be a handful (figuratively and literally) back home. When it was discovered that there the school was equipped to deal with misfits, Fweiu realised that they did indeed have a misfit back home. Vivra's mother and father initially didn't want to send her there, but even in the two weeks she continued being a mess. So, they finally agreed to send her around two weeks after they were first informed.
She was sent with a caretaker from the village, and has been looked after by mostly the caretaker.
