Viv is short. Standing barely 4'11" tall, she's got a lithe, slightly muscular build with her toned abs and arms usually visible given her choice of clothes. Small breasts, broader shoulders and narrow hips could leave her mistaken for a boy.

She has dark skin that has a slightly grey tint to it, but her most striking feature is how blue she is. Hair that starts more violet at the roots and turns electric blue near the tips. Bright blue, gemstone-like eyes. And a bright blue tongue. Her blood is even blue, if you manage to cur her open to see. Beyond that, she has some other markers in her human form that she's not quite normal. Slightly pointed ears and teeth.

Viv's style is very inner city, working class hip hop. Her aesthetic tends towards more casual clothing, made tough and light so she can move easily in them.

With her Glamour taken off, Viv looks even less human. Her ears become large and bat-like, with fringes of blue fur at the tips. Her teeth become fangs and the whites of her eyes turn bright yellow. She grows claws and her feet grow larger and resemble paws moreso.

Viv is an exuberant young woman, loud and kind of abrasive. She's not terribly bright, losing interest if the topic turns too technical or too academic. She prefers action to words.

Parkour and free running are her major passions, and she loves the style and culture of the inner city where she grew up. She likes frillier, girlier things too, but she typically hides that because being tough is important. And bows and frills and dresses aren't tough.

Viv has a distinct problem with making friends. Part of it is her fist logic, the idea that most differences of opinion can be solved with the proper application of knuckles to face. The other part is that she has little in the way of boundaries. She gets too handsy with friends and though she won't ever admit it, crushes way too easily.

Underneath her bravado and swagger, Viv is pretty insecure about her body and goes out of her way to show off to prove that she doesn't. She's scared of real physical intimacy because she doesn't know how potential partners will react to her.

Active

Viv can shift herself between her Fae form and a more human form, but the results of her human disguise are far from perfect. Like a blue tongue and pointed ears.

Passive

Viv is uniquely blessed, in that she cannot get the raw end of any magical deal. She cannot get entangled in Fae Favors and Debts, and Fae who meet her instinctively know this. Demonic contracts and the like always work out in her favor and don't benefit the other party involved at all. This only works for magical contracts and debts.

Vivian was born Michael Jermain Blumstein, the youngest of four children growing up in a Borough in New York City. Realizing at a young age both that she was transgender and that her parents wouldn't accept her as such, she kept her feelings hidden from her parents. She did poorly in school, getting held back a year and having a record of behavioral problems.

Months before her eighteenth birthday, Vivian's parents found out about her gender identity. They argued for hours, and by the end of it she was kicked out.

She found herself lost in a crowd and whisked away to a back alley in the Goblin Court of Gouldmark. The goblins' king had recently become widowed. This particular group had the ingenious idea of kidnapping a human and turning them into a new Lady Morose. They started the transformation process, but got stopped halfway through when the king's elite came investigating the portal that got opened. The goblins shoved the partially transformed Vivian back into the portal and closing it to hide the evidence of their activities.

Viv, now mostly a female goblin, learned how to basically disguise herself using Fae Glamour. She earned a reputation on the streets of New York as "Little Blue" until she caught the attention of the Scouts.

She lives in the dorms and gets a stipend to live on as she goes to school.
